Help Paizo Staff! Payment method is not showing and order is declined!

Hey, I'm having a bit of a problem. I'm an AP subscriber and my books have not come in, so I checked over a week ago and it showed that the payment method was declined because I switched cards. Well, I changed it to the new one and tried again. Still declined and when I looked in my payment methods, it was empty. I tried creating a new one, but it vanished once I created it, so it's still showing zero payment methods. I'm getting frustrated because I want the rest of the Mummy's Mask AP and want the new Iron Gods AP to get here on time. I've placed over 100 orders over the years and hope this problem could be fixed, because I would rather purchase directly from the company than have to shop at a bookstore a month or two after release. Any assistance you can offer would be vastly appreciated. And I apologize if I sound somewhat... miffed, because that is not my intention. I just want to hurry up and get this subscription back on the roll. I don't know if it will help in diagnosing the issue with my account, but when I went to 'change payment method' on the order and subscription, there were three buttons in the box: cancel, select, and another cancel... with no other text.

If your payment methods have been declined you should be getting emails from Customer Support.

Reply back to them.

Amazing, isn't it Mr.Radle? I don't do Facebooking and my Paizo and DTRPG accounts are basically my sole online presence. I still get SO many ads though! :)

Thank you very much, Katina! I just much prefer ordering my books directly from the publisher, both to support the publisher and for the convenience of getting the books early, hence why I'm so antsy to get the matter fixed. :)


If that's something, you guys would be blown away that I check mine something on the order of four times... per year.

(I check facebook slightly less often, though not much. When I'm reminded by my wife.)


For some reason, when I try to input my 16-digit number, it only shows as 12 on the new order. Could this be the problem?

That does seem a bit odd...

Try adding the new card here:

Let us know if that's giving you any more trouble.

Alternatively, feel free to call us when our phone lines are open (Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time - 425-250-0800) and we can update your payment information over the phone.

It's fixed! For some reason, I was thinking the old and new card had the same expiration date! :/


Not sure what the number thing was about, but it doesn't matter because my order went through! :D
