Trying to cancel subscription...help please


Pathfinder Adventure Card Game General Discussion


I've sent an email and have tried calling customer service to cancel my subscription, but no luck. Customer service just seems to go nowhere and I've not got a response on my email. I can see that I will be billed on the 31st for the next cycle which I do not wish to continue on. How can I get my subscription cancelled. I can't even change my credit card info on the website. I feel like my financial information is being held hostage.


There are 3 ways to cancel: phone call, email, or post in the customer service forum.

Their customer service hours are Pacific time from 10 to 5. I don't think the phone takes messages. But every time I have called during business hours they have answered and resolved my issue.

Just make a new thread there asking them to cancel your card game subscription.

And you don't need to feel worried about it. They are actually great at customer service. They won't try to talk you out of canceling or even ask why. They can get inundated with requests, which might make it take some time to respond, but they will do a great job at resolving whatever issue you have.
