Pages Falling Out

The front section of pages in my copy of AP#79 (The Half-Dead City) are coming loose from the binding. I've taken a photo and sent it to [e-mail] - is it still possible to get a replacement copy?

I'm experiencing the same issues as the original poster. Is there anything that can be done?
