Question on the slayer and poison use

Question: Does "Slayer class abilities" include "Poison Use" as well? (As it's a "Slayer Talent")

Reason: I want to make a poison-focused PFS legal alchemist and am considering taking a couple levels of slayer to get this and two-weapon fighting.


Poison use does not have a DC so that would not apply. The poison has the DC. That ability just allows you to use it without harming yourself.

Any other ways to increase poison DC?

I found this alchemist discovery:

(all PFS Legal)
Concentrate poison(Advanced Player's Guide pg. 29):
The alchemist can combine two doses of the same poison to increase their effects. This requires two doses of the poison and 1 minute of concentration. When completed, the alchemist has one dose of poison. The poison's frequency is extended by 50% and the save DC increases by +2. This poison must be used within 1 hour of its creation or it is ruined.

And this rogue (slayer?) talent:

Deadly Cocktail (Ex)(Advanced Player's Guide pg. 1):
A rogue with this talent can apply two doses of poison to a weapon at once. These can be separate poisons, in which case they both affect the target individually, or two doses of the same toxin, in which case the poisons’ frequency is extended by 50% and the save DC increases by +2. This talent is an exception to the rule that injury poisons can only be delivered one dose at a time.


So your goal is not the slayer but increasing the usability of poison?

yes, +1 can be a big deal because it will increase ALL of my 6 (+Haste) attacks which will deliver a potential dose of +5(Viridium(greenblood oil infused weapon) Kukri crit)+5(greenblood oil poison)+4(serpentine bloodline bite attack)

=14 CON DAMAGE,

after miraculously failing 14 consecutive fortitude saves, PER ROUND.

with an exponential DC thanks to a combination of sticky venom(lvl 6 discovery), concentrate poison(alchemist discovery), improved class bonus:alchemist(nagaji) and malignant poison(alchemist discovery 10) at lvl 11 . Ultimately stacking towards a Fortitude DC of 21 +2 for each greenblood poison to a potential DC of:

vs an increasing -1 to saves due to con damage. Instantly applying poison.

after I spit them in the face with a blinding venom.

That also effects undead and evil outsiders.

Does the serpentine bloodline also apply greenblood oil poison? I.am asking to be sure you.can get poison on 7 different attacks.

No, but it does do CON dmg and DC is dependant on lvl + con mod


Dont have any links handy but the daggermark poisoner prestige class has a bunch of poison abilitys a few of which up the DC
