Raising a Caryatid Column's CR

How much, if any, would a Caryatid Column's CR be increased if 4 more arms (giving it a total of 6 attacks per round) were added?

Tripling the attacks would require a minimum of a 2 CR increase but I'd recommend doing 3 and increasing the HD by 1 as well.
