Hello,

Ive placed my order Thursday, June 26, 2014. Order history says that he must be shipped in 2 to 14 business days. Well 14 business days have passed and now my order history says that some of the products are not in stock. Can i have information which product is not in stock?
Can i change or remove product that not in stock so my order can be shipped?

It looks like this order is still waiting on the following items:

Set of 7 Dice: Opaque—Ivory/Black, which is on backorder.

As well as:
Mat Marker Set (4 Pens)
Mat Marker—Black (1 Pen)
Raging Barbarian

Which we can normally get into the warehouse in 5 to 11 business days, but we are having a difficult time getting from distributors this time around. However, it looks like they are on order and are making their way to us, I just cannot say exactly when they will arrive.

We can certainly move these to a separate order to ship once they get in, if you would like the other items to ship sooner. Just let us know what you would like done.

I still did not recieve my order. it was shipped 28-th July so almost 2 months passed.
Considering this fact, i would like to know is there a way to guarantee that i will recieve my order or way to refund my order?

I just double checked out returns and it doesn't look like it's made it back to us if it got sent back our way. I'm trying to see if I can track down any more information for you.

Have you checked with your local post office or customs office to see if they have anything for you?
