So my lovely wife and I love to look at the advance races guide and wonder about crossbreeds, we love making them, no matter how outlandish, but we never bother to... literally try to use the point system to make them. Mostly because the wife loves to be artist, not mathematical, and I do not blame her one second.
But, in this thread, not following the rules to tightly. What crossbreeds could be made, what kind of features would make them unique?
Like the two I believe are the biggest thing, a half breed from a aasimar and a tiefling. Forgoing the celestial and fiendish block there, mostly due to humans being great breeding cattle apparently (And yes, I know it can be done with others, but humans are a great base). The other, the breeding of an Elf and an Orc, just think on that one!
But what others? A goblin and a gnome?
So why not, just for fun, we play with this and make things in our spare time!
Remember, just for fun, no posts about we don't need it. Just pick up ANY TWO CREATURES, and plug it in!
And if these work out well, I may see about playing them myself just for a fun time.

Races of Consequence: Hybridizes everything in the PHB except elves and humans. 3.5 rules, but fluff is good none-the-less.
Bastards & Bloodlines: Lots of "monster/humanoid" crosses, then some templates for even more. 3.5, most are higher-than-starting power, creativity's maybe not that great.
Strix and Centaur
PEGASUSMAN :D
Centaur/Nightmare = headless horse rider
Centaur/Unicorn = two halves of AmaltheaElf/Centaur/Unicorn = OH MY GOD what a pretentious tree-hugger

Hey its the "lovely" wife in question! love the creativity going on in here! especially the dhampir half orc! imagine those chompers... i always wondered why dhampirs were always suppose to be half human, technically couldn't it just be a vampire who mated with a living female.so i always thought it could be a dwarf, gnome, elf, orc or anything. i had pictured it being more of a template to stack onto your pre-existing race.
However back to the original hybrids point, nymph- silver dragon hybrid!

Ash Giant/Gnome. I had a whole backstory imagined up for why they exist, but never wrote it down. It involved diplomatic pranking.
I'll also recommend Dreamscarred Press's new halfbreeds book: [url=http://dreamscarredpress.com/dragonfly/Store/product/pid=137.html]Hybrids and Halfbreeds. I couldn't find a Paizo link yet, but I haven't looked too hard. I know it's on here, I'm just dead tired.

Of the ones that would make sense:
A Dwablin - Hobgoblin + Dwarf
A Hoblin - Halfling + goblin
Trolkin - Human + Troll
Basilfolk - Lizardfolk + Basilisk
Storf - Dwarf + earth elemental
Huoul - Human/ghoul
Something I actually made a full spreadsheet for, with archetypes, race points and everything:
Ettermen - ettercap + human magical hybrid

Funny story...
I have an half orc that found a life mate Mongrolperson. He has, thus far, five children with... hir.
So one of my new characters is a half orc, half mongrolperson, very little human left over.
The character's name is Uh Oh. Using the Half Orc's stats, I explain that she has a snout for a nose, tusks going out of her mouth, one pointed ear while the other is furry and flopping over. Her hands are bigger than usual and she has one foot bigger than the other, so she has to buy two pairs of shoes to make a pair.
Oh, and one thumb has no fingernail.
