James Jacobs addresses this question somewhat Here.
He says you can get roughly 10 lbs worth of Siccatite from the doors - considering one weapon (Which may be anywhere from 1 lb to 12 lbs) is +1000 gp, you could argue that its worth at least 100 gp per pound. I kind of wish they gave an actual per-pound estimate though, much like they do with Mithral.
Personally I'd say 1000 gp worth of Siccatite is reasonable enough - thats what I plan on using in my campaign, at least!

To be honest... stripping a dungeon of everything in order to sell everything is not the type of game play we like to encourage. It's a slippery slope that gets weird in a lot of cases. As an extreme example, consider the encounter where someone finds a lake of acid or a lake of poison. That's a classic fantasy trope, one that shows up in stories all the time, but in Pathfinder, a vial of acid is worth 10 gp and a vial of poison can be worth up to 6,500 gp or more, so suddenly a cool encounter with a lake of poison becomes an economy breaking disaster.
As a result, when we put things like this into adventures, we prefer to be kind of quiet about it in the hopes that most parties don't get distracted from the story by peeling stuff off the walls and floors.
That said, we do it all the time, because doors made out of skymetal are a cool flavor concept.
It's best to TRY to manage player expectations in these cases by making the actual harvesting of the resource not worth the time. Earning 1,000 gp from these doors is a nice payday for low level players, but you should make them work hard for it. In a perfect world, they should work harder to make that 1,000 gp than they do actually adventuring, so that in the future, they realize that adventuring is the thing that adventurers should be doing. ;-)

The way I figure it, in this case, the party are Pathfinders. It's one thing to take all the portable loot out for study/profit, but actually ripping out the doors should be treated as irreversibly vandalizing a historic monument that should be left as intact as possible (barring disablement of traps, etc.) for on-site records, and their venture-captain should discourage such shenanigans. :)

My own players are Cyphermages working for Karzoug.. so its a little different for them ;)
And James, I certainly do plan on having them work hard for it! They have no idea what changes I've made to the campaign.. muahahahahaha.
*Ahem* *Whistles innocently* Plus, I have eight players vs the normal four, so a little extra cash is alright.
