So question about home games

Pathfinder Society

The Exchange

If I have multiple home games that have been completed and what not, but they were from the adventures what do I need to do in order to record them and what not for the star system?

I suggest the first thing to do is have a read of the Guide to Pathfinder Society Organised Play.

Games shouldn't be converted to PFS sessions retroactively. However, the Guide will tell you what you need to do to make sure your future sessions can be done within the PFS rules.

I followed all the rules I just wanted to know If I had to send them to a venture captian before they are recongized

You do not. Assuming they where all PFS legal, (for scenarios all the characters followed the rule from the guide linked above, and have registered PFS numbers, for the Modules and APs there are other more specific rules for each one, but still need the individual PFS numbers), you can simply report them one by one. you will need to give them all Chronicle Sheets, though, first.

If you click on the PFS logo at the top Left, then look for the second menu bar at the top, hit "My Pathfinder Society". <re Sign in> Next scroll down a little bit and click on the "CM/Event Coordinator" tab.

At the bottom you will see a "Create An Event" button. Hit that, and basically follow the guidelines from there.

It should be noted that this is only for Organized Play. If you mean you ran a lot of home games, and are just wanting to get stars for running games, you really shouldn't do this. All the stars do is show how many Pathfinder Society Organized Play games a person has DM'd for and give you small bonuses in those games. But if you are not actually playing in organized play a.) it might muck up some of the stuff going on in organized play and b.) I don't know doesn't seem cool.

Go to the My Pathfinder Society page. in the middle of the page, there is the GM/Event Coordinator tag. Hit the create your event button and fill in the relative info. then go back and report the event. you will need the character numbers and prestige awards for everyone who played. Also note that each of your players will need to have gone on and registered the characters they played, or you can't report the game.

The characters dont need to be registered, but the players do need to register and have PFS numbers. All of them.
