I thought the total was going to be a bit less than what it came out to be with shipping. Please cancel this order. I will try again next week.

I have been thinking about this order. If a partial cancellation is possible please unsuspend it and queue the following for processing and shipment; Deep Magic, Razor Coast Map Folio and 2x Pathfinder Campaign Setting: The Inner Sea World Guide Marketing Poster Rolled.

Please cancel everything else.


Looks like everything has already gone through processing and has moved into the shipment queue. Did not expect to have enough funds to cover everything, but it worked out.

My posters arrived...destroyed. Can these please be reshipped with the words 'DO NOT BEND' written on the tube?

I would really appreciate it theses posters could be re-shipped to me at Paizos' expense.


And on top of which, though my books show that hey have been delivered by tracking, they did not arrive in my mailbox. I suspect USPS employee interference, but I would really like to have the books I purchased delivered to my front door by UPS this time rather than dealing with incompetents that work for the USPS.

This whole order with the posters and the muck-up of parcel delivery is entirely frustrating.

Also, the Deep Magic pdf has not been added to my downloads.

Thanks for letting me know about the condition your poster arrived in, I've set up a replacement to be shipped out in the near future at no additional charge, you should get a confirmation email from us as soon as it ships. the PDF for Deep Magic should now be available for download at this time.

I suspect that USPS may have erroneously marked the books as delivered a day or two too soon. While its rare it does happen on occasion and I'd like to give the package a little more time to arrive before taking further action. If you haven't seen the package by the end of the week let me know so I can be of further assistance.

My replacement posters arrived. Pre-damaged...this did not happen in transit. The top left corner is mangled. I am pretty upset by this, but I am trying to keep a level head. What are the odds of two shipments of posters arriving mangled? Can we try this again, this time with whomever is in charge of quality control in the shipping department inspecting their stock before it is shipped?

The shipment for your books left our facility on the 8th with an estimated arrival time of up to 8 business days. Today marks the 10th business day, so your shipment is running behind schedule. Checking the packages tracking shows that the postal service marked the books as delivered on the 14th. Just incase they arrived today I want to verify they're still missing. If this is the case I'll take further action on your behalf.

I'll talk with the warehouse staff to see what the best options are regarding your poster, I'll get back to you tomorrow with a follow up. :)

The mail can be delivered pretty late during the summer months, so I'll reply back in the morning on the status of the books.


Turns out the books got delivered to a neighbor instead of my house. <groan>

They were left on my doorstep this morning with along note from my neighbors.

I just talked with the warehouse crew about how to counter to particularly rough handling your posters are getting during transit. They had a pretty good idea of how to prevent it, and we have a replacement shipment set for your poster at this time. Third times the charm, or so they say. :)
