Sidecart Issue

I tried to place an order and add it to my sidecart, but I am not sure if it went through or not. It looked as though it did not go through, so I tried again, and still nothing...

Also, I am not seeing my sidecart at all, and the item I order is still showing in my shopping cart…

Did I even place the order, did I unintentionally place it twice (I only want one copy)?

Hello Digitalelf,

I have looked into your account, and I don't see anything in your sidecart yet. I do see 1 item in your shopping cart: Pathfinder Module: Risen from the Sands (PFRPG) Print Edition. Is this what you are trying to add to your sidecart?

In order to add items to your sidecart while checking out, follow these steps:

1. Click on Step 2 - Shipping
2. Click the Button that says "Change Shipping Details" 
3. Click the button in the "Sidecart It" section that says "Ship with My Subscriptions"

If that still doesn't work, please let me know and I will be more than happy to place the desired item into your sidecart for you.

Please let me know if there are any further questions or concerns that I would be able to assist you with in the meantime.
