I ask because there are some oddities...

Order #3043276 shows status Pending but I received that shipment nearly three months ago.

Order #3136790 shows status Pending, despite my having ordered it last Wednesday. That's just unusually long for you fine folks so I figured I'd ask.

Order #3061416 shipped on the 23rd instead of with my June monthly shipment #3151352 (which arrived around the 20th), probably incurring some extra shipping fees.

It just seems that there are some ghosts in the machine and I wanted to make sure things are okay, instead of just keeping quiet and stuff keeps going... weird. Not complaining... just gently asking.

Just to let you know, I have placed order #3178116 containing one digital item (properly released into my downloads) and one physical item which appears to have been added to #3136790 as I requested.

I'm sorry for muddying the waters, but I didn't want to risk losing out on Risen from the Sands so I had to place an order.

Other than that, nothing has changed; 3061416 still hasn't arrived and is therefore slightly overdue for Canadian shipping (but will probably be just fine), 3043276 still arrived months ago, and 3136790 still doesn't show any inclination to move beyond Pending.

Whenever this actually happens, I'd appreciated it if the quantity 1 could be changed to quantity 2 for:

I've updated the quantity on the Celestial Black Bears to two as requested! It looks like the order is currently pending on one single item to arrive from our distributor - The Numanera Bestiary, if you would prefer I can either:

- Move the Numanera Bestiary to your sidecart to free up the rest of the products to ship immediately.

- Set everything to your sidecart so that everything available ships with this months subscription shipment.

- Leave everything in the order to ship once we get the Numanera Bestiary in from our distributor.

Let me know if you'd prefer any of these options and I'll be glad to assist you further!

I'd thought the Bestiary was in stock when I ordered so it didn't even cross my mind that might be an issue. So, okay, let's go ahead and sidecart the order so it goes with this month's shipment. If the Bestiary shows up, great. If it doesn't, that particular item can ship some other day.

Aaaaand, #3061416 just showed up. The reason for the delay is pretty evident; the USPS Customs Declaration on the front... the TO address bears only a slight resemblance to mine. Pretty clearly someone with serious vision problems did the data-entry from your shipping label onto this thing. May name is wrong, the house number is wrong, the street name is wrong, the city is wrong, the province is missing, and the postal code is wrong. The only things they got right are my first name and my country. Amusingly the FROM address is flawless.

So hey. Mystery solved. USPS needs a better health-care plan that includes vision.

I just moved your Numanera Bestiary to your sidecart to be shipped with a future subscription shipment when it becomes available. I've moved the rest of your products to ship with this months pending subscription order, and you should have just received a confirmation email for their updated status.
