Sometimes, I run across a statblock for an NPC in a PFS scenario where something has been calculated incorrected-- usually an attack modifier or a damage modifier.
Example in 05-04 Stolen Heir:
Jyrnas and Mandas are 3rd level warriors with 15 Str. They have a +3 BAB and a +2 Str bonus. They are using mwk short swords. The attack bonus should be +6 (+3 for BAB, +2 for Str, +1 for MWK). However, in their stat block, the attack bonus is listed as +5.

What should we do if we notice this? Should we just use the miscalculated numbers in the stat block, or should we use the properly calculated numbers?

Well, they keep saying the whole point of "play by RAW" is to make sure people playing the same adventure anywhere have comparable experiences, so I'd say just stick with what's printed.
Personally, I never notice these things. The only time I double check the math is when I'm trying to figure out if they included temporary bonuses or not, since sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. But I'm not surprised there are mistakes.
