Online gaming software?

I don't know if this has already been asked (if so I apologize) but are there any plans to create a type of online tabletop gaming software for Pathfinder? Like, if my friend is in CA, and I'm in NY, and we want to get in a session or two, some kind of program we can load up and play it with other PF fans online?

Not like World of Warcraft or Lord of the Rings online, by the way! Just software for PF gaming and fans only?

Yep, Paizo are working on "Paizo Game Space" which is a web-based virtual tabletop.

There's a message board devoted to it here

There's also a number of third party virtual tabletop applications out there already, plus more in development ( I'm working on one of them, so I'll avoid doing the promotional spam thing ;) )

Till then, Roll20 has a good setup for it. Also Maptools for the more tech inclined. Both free to sign up for or download I'll add. Roll20 gets my recommendation as it is quite a bit easier to learn, set up and use.
