Sara "marrow" Rushman and "Spike" would each be soulknifes with the psionic blades reflavored to be made of bone, Sara would be higher level, and also have levels of ageis and soulforge.

John Constantine (comic version)
The Juggernaut (older comic version)
Casey Jones (easier, catch-off guard feat and fun)
The Shadow (from the movie)
Revolver Ocelot (from MGS. A game admittedly)
Sasori (from naruto)

I think we know by my screen name who I would to play.
(Synthesist Summoner! Oooh, or alchemist/master chymist)! Ooohh, FREAK OUT!

I might, who WOULDN'T want to be ME, boys and girls?!? I can go fast like lightning, fly (vsssssshhh!) and even yodel!

I've been trying to make Guildmaster Wigglytuff from the second Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games as some kind of gnome for awhile now. Right now I'm thinking of making him a Skald.

Fate/Stay Night is basically the poster child anime for Summoner.

Alucard from Hellsing would be a human turned Dread Vampire Black Power Hood: http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/hybrid-classes/slayer/archetypes/flaming-cr ab-games---slayer-archetypes/black-powder-hood

Very likely with some Mythic levels though of what I am not sure.

Alucard is a Unique Monster, through and through. If you have a PC that can do the things he does to the degree he does them, it's broken.

Silver Crusade

My backup character for a home game right now is the Great Wolf Sif from Dark Souls. GM said it would be fine to forego my bite attack for the greatsword. He just likes the fact that someone is doing a cool concept as a Synthesist instead of just optimizing the hell out of one. Human form is going to be loosely based on Artorias. I'll still cheat a bit now and then on the concept though (no way I'm going to just never cast spells).

Another that I want to try is Ornstein while someone else does a Smough build. In fact, I think a whole party based off of Dark Souls characters could end up being a lot of fun.

I gotta admit, I think I would most like to play a 3.5 warlock/marshal gestalt version of Cyclops from the X-men. Though the only reason that's true is because of that video game X-men: Legends II -- The Rise of Apocalypse and Joss Whedon's stint on Astonishing X-men: I used to think Cyclops sucked, but now I know for sure that the only sucking Cyclops has ever managed was James Marsden's fault.

any ideas for Star Butterfly?

How cool would it be to make a Teen Titans group? Lol

Raven (Teen Titans) could be a Spiritualist(Fractured Mind) with a Fear phantom.

Mum-Ra the Everliving! Undead, maybe a mummy/lich, Spirit Dancer Mediuim. (Does his chant instead of dancing).

I could see myself playing a Gunslinger based off of Roland Deschain of Gilead from the Steven King Novels. I'd want a 25 point buy though, and pair of enchanted revolvers passed down from Arthur Eld...

attack on titan. titan shifter or what ever they are called. an alchemist Ragechemist/Master Chymist. focusing on increasing size and undead appearance. maybe going all three feats into preserve organs and mummification.

Tetsuo Shima from Akira; would require the third-party books "The Modern Path" and "Ultimate Psionics."

Stigg Bernard, from Genesis Climber Mospeada.

Joseph Joestar, from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Season Two.

Lloyd Irving, from Tales of Symphonia.

Both Storm and Iceman from Xmen can be made using Kineticicst with either Air or Water as their primary element and the other as secondary.

Negative Man from Doom Patrol could be a Spiritualist with the Haunted archtype.

I was hoping that some archetypes in Occult Adventures could be used to make a psychic-magic powered Jedi - like archetypes for the Psychic (counsellor), Unchained Monk (guardian), and Unchained Rogue (shadow). Sadly, this does not appear to be the case. :(

Of course, I'm sure that various builds could still make some of that possible (particularly if using Gestalt rules).

I feel like the Pathfinder system could be tweaked enough to allow the creation and usage of classes resembling that of the Ninjas from Naruto, or even Shinigami and Hollows from Bleach.

A lot of the already-utilized mechanics in Pathfinder seem fitting for a lot of the abilities used in Naruto, having a Chakra pool much like the Magus or Ninja pools, with a Ninjutsu/Genjutsu System that works like Spellcasting, but uses the Chakra pool somehow, and also implement Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, and Genjutsu stats that work like Fort/Ref/Will but as both offensive and defensive usage. I could keep going for a while on this...

Yang Bloodrager (Fire bloodline, maybe?)/Brawler

I know this one's come up: Kenshin, A NG Sword Saint/Urban Barbarian (1-2 levels) with the Blue Rose order.

Aaaand, for extra fun, Lina Inverse. A very blasty sorcerer or -maybe- arcanist.

Kanade Tachibana from Angel Beats.

Quinn Mallory from Sliders.

Chrona from Soul Eater. Bladebound Magus would be a decent start for the living weapon, but the fact that Ragnarok can change shape and form a limited body is something I'd love to have in Pathfinder. Now if only there was a way to get the Black Blood curse without multiclassing....

Any sort of dragoon from Final Fantasy.

Some sort of puppet master like Kankuro from Naruto. Yes, I suppose Master Summoner could work, but I'd rather have a handful of customizeable constructs than a whole bunch of summoned monsters. Broodmaster almost hits that flavor...but...ya know, and a shaper Psion could work, but they're not as permanent as I'd like.

Walter from Hellsing. Or any other wire/monowire using combatant. Really not sure how you'd to the "fight with a dozen thin wires" thing.

I've toyed with it myself. To me, a dex based whip using Slayer with the Cleaner archetype seems pretty legit. It's "clean the crime scene" ability could be used to keep the Hellsing estate spotless. Whirlwind strike and a vorpal whip could theoretically replicate the slicing and the dicing.

Funny enough, my first try involved the Vigilante playtest, mostly a variation of the Combat Reflexes + Bodyguard + Halfling Helpful trait.

Hwee must build eet fhor Chaoos!!!

Off the top of my head, I'm thinking Skald. Songs to spread Khorne's rage, spells to advance Tzeentch's schemes, charm enough to spread Slaanesh's hedonism, and.... okay, not sure what to do about Nurgle off the top of my head. I bet there's a decent archetype for manipulating undead? If nothing else, pump up the Fortitude saves and play carrier to some truly heinous diseases.

Of course, if we want to be closer to the comic then a mere Warrior with a large sized chakram and a Variant Multiclass into Summoner to represent "warp anomalies" and the occasional help from her warpspawn doggie thing.

Dark Schneider.
Karas.
Guyver.

Aside from raw destruction that Pathfinder doesn't handle very well.....

... is there anything stopping a standard Wizard or Sorcerer from leveling into Dark Schneider?

Cyclops has, in the past few years, become one of the best characters in comics.

I'd honestly look at the Kineticist for Scott Summers.

I thought Kineticist for Cyclops as well, until I noticed they can only blast from their hands. And absorb through their hands. You'd have to ask your DM if you can do it from your eyes instead.

Kind of silly when you think about it. If you put a pair of boxing gloves on a kinteticist, they can't use their mental connection to the ethereal to blast energy out of their hands...

I wouldn't call Sans a Time Oracle - he's definitely perceptive though and knows enough about time to realize when time travel is involved. Bones Oracle sorta fits.

Seconding Undyne for Barbarian, maybe with a Kineticist mixed in for those water spears. Would that even work? I want this class hybrid now.

Toriel is probably a wizard of the evocation school judging by her intelligence and proficiency with fire magic. Asgore is probably an Eldritch Knight.

Alphys would also be a wizard, but she'd focus on crafting (craft construct mainly).

There are great ways to make a Jedi/Sith in Occult Adventures. Kineticist makes a great Jedi with Aether or Sith with Air.

Mesmerist makes a great "Mind Trick" Jedi.
Psychic with the Self-Perfection focus make for a great Jedi consular.

Sans, honestly would probably be an arcane class above anything else. I guess it depends on whether he earned that power or it came naturally to him.

For Undyne, I'm not sure. I haven't looked into any of the Occult classes yet at all. I spitballed Barbarian because it just sort of fit in my head.

I certainly agree about the rest.

I guess Chara would just be some sort of CR 20 monster.

I'm gonna put this in a spoiler just in case someone's reading and ruins the surprises for themselves.

Undertale Spoilers:
Sans did used to be a scientist researching timelines (it's implied that he and Alphys worked together if you talk to Alphys at the end of the True Pacifist route, plus both of them talk about timelines at different points). He could honestly fit in either case with a high enough INT score, but he is very charismatic too - Oracle or Sorcerer would fit the bill. Hell, maybe he's some sorta Mystic Theurge. The man is an enigma wrapped in a riddle and shrouded in mystery.

Undyne has some amount of Determination, although it is unknown how she came to possess it. In both of her death scenes she clings to life even after her hp has been reduced to zero. This sort of power is thematically equivalent to rage, especially since in her No Mercy fight she becomes Undyne the Undying.

Chara and Frisk don't fit anywhere, mostly because we know so little about them. They are both humans who climbed the mountain and fell into the Underground, but Chara hated humanity and wanted to wipe out his village while Frisk is a precious cinnamon roll. Both are children so that doesn't really help. If anything I'd say they're just commoners who happen to be able to easily beat most monsters if they tried due to monster biology. No Mercy Chara is sorta like an incredibly strong revenant - the soul (and possibly body, if the coffin is anything to go by) of an ancient vindictive human who was resurrected by the player's violent actions.

About 8 months before I watched the Parasyte anime, I wrote up a homebrew class that could replicate any of the main characters pretty seamlessly. Needless to say, I was pretty surprised with how that turned out. Obviously I added the pic of the MC after watching the show, things would have been really weird if I'd drawn that instead.

I don't watch/read a lot of (high) fantasy media (sticking to more slice of life or drama), so a lot of characters I enjoy would make terrible PCs since they'd all be level 1 Commoners. Having said that, it's fairly easy to make the cast of Avatar using various Kineticists and the Shield Champion Brawler just screams Captain America.

Kazaan wrote:
Saitama from One-Punch Man.

Well, flavourwise he's pretty easy. Brawler or any martial artist type class without obvious supernatural powers (like energy blasts etc).

Probably going Vital Strike route. And which ever martial style goes for big heavy punches.

The hardest part would be the overwhelming power he has. I mean, even in his own universe he's ridiculously strong. I'd say at least 20 levels plus full mythic levels.

Speaking of brawler characters, Suruga Kanbaru from Bakemonogatari. Definite Brawler with a demon arm. To replicate that I'd say Tiefling, and just say the demon arm made her "more than human".

Likewise fromt he same anime,
main character Koyomi Araragi - Dhampir with whatever feats/racials boost his healing. Not sure how to do the "vampire in his shadow" thing though...

Sarkhan Vol (Magic the Gathering)
Zirilan of the Claw (Magic the Gathering)
Hivis of the Scale (Magic the Gathering)
Jedit Ojnan (Magic the Gathering)
Rei (Fist of the North Star)
Shew (Fist of the North Star)
Pei Mei (Kill Bill and 70's Kung Fu flicks)
Aramis (Three Musketeers)
Jafar (Aladin)
Artemis Enteri (Forgotten Realms)
Achilles (Mythology)

One last one, Vega(Balrog) from Street Fighter

Spike Spiegel (likely a very un-monk like monk/gunslinger, from Cowboy Bebop)

Mugen (for The Flying Pincushion, I have in fact created a samurai archetype that mirrors mugen's strange, unpredictable, and less than honorable fighting style, he is from the ever amazing Samurai Champloo)

Cullen Bohannen (clearly a gunslinger, first two seasons for flavor only, season 3 onward get worse and worse, due to the writers strike, he is from Hell on Wheels)

Hum , probably something similar to Ash Ketchum , man having 6 (or more really) badass intelligent monsters that level with my PC and kick ass? It would be awesome.

Pity there is no such class , at most you can summon monsters , but it far from the same concept.

Into the Breach: Summoner has an archetype that lets you have multiple full powered Eidolons. They share an HP pool and can only have 1 out at once, but it sounds like a trainer to me.

Nice, thanks for mentioning that DH, been a while since I thought about that book.

Hi guys what about this could you help me please.

Jiraiya (Naruto Series)Sage
Itachi (Naruto Series)Ilussion

Sanosuke (Rurouni Kenshin)Big Sword
Shishio (Rurouni Kenshin)Flaming Sword

Saga Gemini (Saint Seiya)
Aioria Leo (Saint Seiya)

Yoh (Shaman King)

Thanks guys

For Sanosuke there's the Titan Fighter archetype for Fighter from Giant Hunter's Handbook or the newly fixed Titan Mauler archetype for Barbarian from the latest Ultimate Combat errata. It's been a while but if I remember right his sword is relatively similar to a greatsword and he's got anger management issues which lead me to think that the Barbarian build would be better. Obviously this would be him before Kenshin defeats him and breaks his zanbatou. Afterwards I'm not sure but I think some type of Brawler would better fit his unarmed fighting skills.

Sanosuke pre-Kenshin:
Class: Barbarian (Titan Mauler)
Race: Human (Tian-Min; racial bonus to Constitution)
Traits: Ichimeiyo Champion (Combat), Affable (Social)

Str: 16
Dex: 13
Con: 16 (14+2)
Int: 10
Wis: 10
Cha: 12

TM 1: Extra Rage, Fast Learner, Big Game Hunter, Rage
TM 2: Jotungrip, Rage Power (Intimidating Glare)
TM 3: Extra Rage, Massive Weapons
TM 4: +1 Constitution, Rage Power (Surprise Accuracy)
TM 5: Extra Rage Power (Strength Surge), Evade Reach
TM 6: Rage Power (Deadly Accuracy)
TM 7: Combat Reflexes, DR 1/-
TM 8: +1 Constitution, Rage Power (Powerful Blow)
TM 9: Extra Rage Power (Knockback)
TM 10: DR 2/-, Rage Power (Ground Breaker)
TM 11: Extra Rage Power (Smasher), Greater Rage
TM 12: +1 Dexterity, Rage Power (Mighty Swing)

As for the rest, I think they would require a mix of Epic and Mythic rules if you want the same kind of power level as they display in their respective series. And I honestly can't fathom a build for any of them that will be completely satisfactory.
