Outsiders[native] and enlarge person

Rules Questions

Enlarge person targets one humanoid creature. Does it have any effect on outsiders with the native subtype who have a humanoid physique?

Nope. This is a case that specifically calls out type. You can even see examples of other material written around this assumption (Ifrit have the Efreeti Magic alternate racial ability that HAS to say that you get treated as humanoid for it, and the fact that it has to specify that detail means that is not the norm)

But hey, you are immune to hold person, charm person, and dominate person. Higher level spells generally have to be used against you for that stuff to happen.

In this vein, is there a way to "get big" that works on outsiders? A higher-level spell perhaps? Anything will be interesting but I'm specifically looking for things that can be cast on an ally.

Nope, doesn't work.

Aasimar can take Scion of Humanity and gain the huamnoid(human) subtype which then allows you to qualify for Enlarge Person.

Righteous Might also increases your size, and doesn't care about whether you're humanoid. Along with some other bonuses. However, it also uses up a 5th level spell slot and is 1 round per level instead of min per level.

As far as I can tell, there is only one way to cast a size-increasing, non-polymorph spell on an non-scionofhumanityaasimar, non-abyssalbloodrager outsider. Have the outsider take the Nature Soul, Animal Ally, and Animal Soul feats (if they have an animal companion already, all they need is Animal Soul). Then cast Animal Growth on the outsider.

But it's not PFS legal.
