Are Inner Sea World Guide regions (and their traits) PFS-Legal?

I had assumed that they were until I got the latest beta from PCGen, which they explicitly removed them from PCs for PFS. I looked at the Additional Resources and it does not indicate anything about this, which usually means that they are not PFS-Legal. Is there another place that I can look to nail this down one way or the other?

If they're not in Additional Resources, they're not legal - that is THE place to look. Some may have been replaced by more modern versions in other books?

I don't see any Traits in the Inner Sea World Guide.

Do you mean the Inner Sea Primer?

Its possible because the Inner Sea World Guide doesn't have traits. I think you're mixing it and the Inner Sea Primer up. That's the one with the different regions/kingdoms/countries and the traits for each.

Okay, I see the traits in the Additional Resources under Inner Sea Primer. I can then assume that the selection of regions that provide those traits is PFS-Legal as the traits are regional requiring such a selection?

The regions are literally the countries in Golarion. In most cases, picking a country your character hales from is not a mechanical choice, but rather an RP choice.

Since PFS takes place in Golarion, you are good to go in selecting a country of origin for your character. Indeed I'd suggest you do, as it will add to your roleplay of the character in a more immersive way into the world the character will exist.
