Creating a taunting weapon.

I attempted to post this in the rule forums, but no one responded. =(
Perhaps someone here knows.

Is there a way to make a weapon with Compel-Hostility.

If there is, what spell effect would it be? (My guess would be use-activated or continuous)

The last and more important question, if you can do this, how do you increase the spell DC on the weapon?

Any thoughts?

Ask your DM if he will approve a custom item. Spell-activated or continuous would be correct.

As for increasing DC, I think increasing CL or using Heighten Spell will work, but I should warn you that magic item DCs are almost universally terrible.

You could also make it an intelligent weapon with a special spell-like. But your GM may or may not give it an obnoxious french accent if you do.
