On a more serious note, the NC is not a group that just anyone can join. It is a Geo-Political group.
You have to be geographically in the Northern portion of the map. You have to be politically open to the idea of a non aggression pact. You have to be open to at least a reasonably open trade relationship with other members of the NC.
Although there is no official or written mutual security or defense pact, it might be safe to assume that such activities might occur.
For example: The UNC will likely look to help defend any member of the NC in the event if a feud or war. The reason is not because we feel obligated, but because we are looking for the free killing and looting that comes with feuds and wars.

The Coalition does not have a single point of contact. Instead we discuss all issues as a group. Each settlement has one voting representative that accounts for the concerns of their settlement.
The NC forums are hosted on the Xeilias website on a private node. Any one of the settlement representatives can be contacted to relay what you would like to the group. Here is that listing:
