Tomb Robbers & Archeologists (Post Your Party Thread)

Mummy's Mask

1 to 50 of 78 << first < prev | 1 | 2 | next > last >>

Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Superscriber

Surprised that this doesn't have its own thread yet! There's some floating posts on folks' own threads, but we can give the honored warriors a nice tidy list. :)

Starting our Mummy's Mask table on Monday with the following:

Human Rogue of Shelyn (Sanctified Rogue)
Human Druid of Sarenrae (Desert Druid)
Human Alchemist of Irori (Chirurgeon, Internal Alchemist)
Human Sorcerer, Djinni-Bloodline
Human Cleric of Alseta

Very amused with how this party has worked out, and their motivations they've set for themselves make my inner DM grin. Self-perfection and ancient alchemical process for the Alchemist, money for the Druid (who grew up in the poor sections of Wati), explosions and adventure for the Sorcerer, and the Rogue is essentially an art historian, which makes me chuckle.

The Cleric's motivations are weep-worthy for this campaign, as she wishes to see her relatively minor deity be elevated to the reach and strength of the more common members of Golarion's pantheon, and research how she can better her goddess' divine rights. I feel like someone gave me a free bag of candy.

What I will be encouraging from the players, if/when I get around to this AP, are the following:

Human male Gunslinger (Andoran)
Human male Charlatan Rogue (Cheliax)
Human female Archaeologist Bard (Cheliax)
Human male Magus (Osirion)

The Chelaxians will be brother and sister.

Even better, I might actually get to play in this one, in which case I've called dibs on the magus.

the thing about ''encouraging'' players towards certain races or classes is it never works. Not to worry tho, judging from our first session last night this AP is going to be a bloodbath! So just cycle thru your ideas, you'll need them:)

We will be starting this AP in a couple of weeks with six players. So far we have.

Suli Cleric of Sarenrae
Archon-Blooded Aasimar Inquisitor of Osiris
Tengu Rogue of Horus
Lizardfolk Fighter of Sobek
(Gladiator)

Pending:

Half-Orc (Garundi) Barbarian of Gorum
Ratfolk Wizard of Abadar
(Void)

This should be interesting.

Sovereign Court

My players have the following PCs:

Human Druid with birds of prey inclinations
Halfling Inquisitor Preacher of Yog Sothoth (oh boy!)
Human Fighter/Monk with delusions of pharaonic heritage
Tiefling Cryptbreaker Alchemist

Collectively they are the Red Talon, blessed by a Sun Falcon on their journey to Wati.

You missed it, obviously.

yes things don't always come out right typing on the phone:)

Whenever we get around to it, it looks like it will be...

Human 15th level Barbarian / 1st level Unbreakable Fighter / 1st level Living Monolith Kind of a melee-centric Indiana Jones with a surprising array of Intelligence and Wisdom-based skills to go with his combat abilities and surly demeanor. A Barbarian that can cast Enlarge Person on himself 3/day as a swift action should serve as a hell of a front-liner.

Halfling 13th level Archeologist / 2nd level Halfling Opportunist / 2nd level Lore Warden The side-kick of the Monolith above, a trap-finder extraordinaire, superb scout and fair archer, every bit as gifted at getting out of trouble as he is at getting into it.

Human 17th level Cleric of Sarenrae (Heroism & Restoration) who hired the two above and recruited the one below. She serves as the group's leader and 'face', supporting in whatever way is needed.

Half-Elven 17th level Wild Caller A lean and deadly fighter in his own right, the enigmatic desert wanderer backs up and supports his eidolon who appears as a giant scorpion with multiple sets of over-sized claws.

Man, I really wish you could edit more than an hour after posting. This is what it should have said (very minor changes):

Human 15th level Invulnerable Rager & Urban Barbarian / 1st level Unbreakable Fighter / 1st level Living Monolith Kind of a melee-centric Indiana Jones with a surprising array of Intelligence and Wisdom-based skills to go with his combat abilities and surly demeanor. A Barbarian that can cast Enlarge Person on himself 3/day as a swift action should serve as a hell of a front-liner.

Halfling 13th level Archeologist / 2nd level Halfling Opportunist / 2nd level Zen Archer The side-kick of the Monolith above, a trap-finder extraordinaire, superb scout and fair archer, every bit as gifted at getting out of trouble as he is at getting into it.

So in basic combat we'll have the Barbarian, Enlarged, with a Reach weapon and the Large/Huge-sized Eidolon on the front line with the Summoner behind them wielding a longspear and a very capable combatant himself. Then we'll have the Cleric buffing and healing while the Bard utilizes ranged attacks, each protecting the other should something get through. Got some cool character backgrounds written up as well.

Playing it as a one player adventure actually!

The player has chosen to be a human oracle. They are from a nomadic tribal group based on farming and they are going to be researching their own bloodline, said to come from Waiti before the plague of madness.

Ive given them an NPC to help "Evie O'Connol" (if you have ever seen the Mummy you will know who I mean!

We started 2 weeks ago, it's been a lot of fun.

I have five players, all Human, all Garundi, all locals to Wati who decided that they'd rather loot the necropolis themselves and make some money rather than let outsiders do so.

Cleric of Pharasma
Fighter (Weapon Specialist - Khopesh)
Ranger (Archery)
Rogue
Sorcerer (Bedrock)

The rogue's almost died twice in just the first day of exploration, I'm expecting that this party may look different in the future.

Edit: Oh and the name of their group is "The Hands of Fate" since the cleric of Pharasma is their leader.

Back Sphinx Boys

Dwarf Investigator
Dwarf Druid (snake companion)
Dwarf Oracle of Bones
Dwarf Monk

See the pattern?

... we're all 3/4 BAB!

2 people marked this as a favorite.

Our group has passed on the much cooler names “The Canopic Jar Heads” and “The Sarcopha-Guys” and has tentatively gone with “Millennia”.

Their membership includes:

1. The Enigmatic “Mister Sra”

“Mister Sra” is a sentient hive-minded swarm of scarab beetles. The beetles are capable of combining together to disguise themselves as the enigmatic “Mister Sra”, a figure whose non-existent face is hidden behind a cloak and dark bandages. Meeester Sra is very tight-lipped about his own agenda, but it involves anxiously exploring the ruins of Wati. He’s searching for something…

NG Coalescent 1 (a playable swarm race with racial class levels from “It Came From the Stars”, a 3rd party source book from Zombie Sky Press). He might also later mix in levels of cleric of Khepri.

2. Eshep the Ibis , Mummified Warrior

Eshep was once betrothed to an Osirion nobleman of high standing, millennia ago. But tragedy struck and she instead swore vengeance against the Forgotten Pharaoh after his minions had her new family executed over an imagined slight. In a fit of despair she called upon the sacred Ibis bird to grant her the power to take her revenge. But after Hakotep I suddenly died on his own accord before she could take action and there was nothing left for her to do but commit ritual suicide in grief. Now that Hakotep is flirting with ‘re-birth’ millennium later, Eshep is suddenly back to take care of business. She’s sort of a female version of ‘Crow’, but more mummy wrap than goth.

LN female human Mummy 1 (a home brew Pathfinderized and powered-up version of the PC class from 3.5’s “Libris Mortis”). The player plans to mix in barbarian levels (invulnerable rager).

3. Hanjet the Embalmer

Hanjet is a student of mummification who laments the declining art of his people. He’s fascinated by anything ancient or ancestral. His necromantic bolster ability has a half-decent synergy with Eshep, at least until he can start animating his own undead servitors to make the GM's life difficult.

LN male human Osirian, necromancer 1, with undead focus school.

4. Septhys, Worshipper of Black Cats

The enchanting and unpredictable Septhys cannot be trusted, yet the party must depend on her. As the party cleric, Septhys is stiffed with the unfortunate task of trying to figure out how to handle the healing for the party’s mummy (negative energy only) and swarm (channels only) and has had to burn her first two feats on dual channeling and selective channeling. The party promises to make it up to her.

CN female human Osirian cleric of Bastet 1 (animal and charm domains)

There you have it: a "cat", a "bird", a "beetle" and an embalmer. What could go wrong?

So, theres two of these threads up:) any way our archeologists died so we're going with tomb raiders:)
Alpha Gang
Dr. Z (Zekeil) CN gnome summoner with a T-Rex looking eidolon named Terry
Ursula, middle age witch
Zander elven Bard (street performer)
Edd male Lashunta Alchemist(?) maybe rogue
forgot on the exact class on the last on

My party includes the following:

Human paladin of Sarenrae
Human sorceress
Human cleric of Sekhmet (me)
Goblin rogue

This is after the first party (same paladin, human oracle, human ranger, half-elf arcanist) TPK'd a couple rooms in. But the new group hit 2nd level! Yay!

Grand Lodge

In my party I've got

Human cleric
human Rogue
human paladin
human paladin-holy gun

I've already had to fug the dice several time to keep the cleric alive. Right after the paladin fell the last 20 ft of a pit on top of the rouge because of having a -2 to clime do to armor and being in his Medium load. The cleric followed in scale mail in a Medium load with a 10 Strength so he had a -7 clime. The funny thing is this is my player that made a vole to always put points into clime after the party in a old campane almost got killed by a dragon after only half the party could make the clime check to get into his lair. Then the Rogue died when they got to the last culpable rooms when he rolled a 4 on his Disable Device and the party had a bad habit of standing 30-50 ft behind him.

Our party is:

Those Guys!

Adom Hakizimana - Aasimar Paladin of Sarenrae
On a quest from his temple, Adom has been sent to Wati as a beacon of virtue amongst otherwise opportunistic grave-robbers. Hopefully others will look to his example and treat the ruins with respect. For Adoms part, he has always liked Archaeology and relishes the chance to study the ruins of the Half-Dead City. One need only look to the past for lessons of the future, and Adom seeks to learn from where his ancestors have been. If given a chance to clean up those that would defile the burial sites of the dead, then all the better! Now if only he could find like minded companions to adventure with......

Elsa - Human(ish) Elemental Sorceress (Frost - Word Caster)
Jealous of her sisters freedom until now and on sabbatical from her duties as queen in Arendelle, Elsa journeyed to far away Osirion (just bear with me here) to let it go and seek adventure and excitement of her own. Seemingly out of place in this harsh environment she has found herself oddly at a bit of an advantage against creatures more used to heat than cold. That said, the undead she has come across have been....troublesome, for the cold never bothered them anyway. Fortunately she fell in with a Paladin to protect her…..

(OK that was bad, and I feel bad)

A'riel - Dolphinian (Silly under-powered custom race) Summoner
A'riel is (apparently) from Wati, a member of the enigmatic Dolphinian race. I honestly have no idea where this idea came from.....Seriosuly, his Eidolon is named Squidly Diddly.

Jab - Wereshark Fighter (2 handed Fighter)
Jab was a sailor in the Shackles until he was bitten by a wereshark on an away mission to salvage an underwater wreck. After being turned he abruptly decided to move to the driest place he could think of, far away from any accursed water! Some short time later he found himself on the docks at Wati bound for the desert until he was lumped in with a motly crew of would-be adventurers.

Those Guys were all late arrivals in Wati, and lumped together for a lack of anyone else willing to join them more than anything else. Rather than shun the sarcastic moniker the other teams use to refer to them, Those Guys have embraced it and made it their own…..well at least two of them have…..

Well the person playing Elsa is a 30 year old large hairy man, Ariel is a half dolphin with a flying squid Eidolon that opens locks and disables traps, and we have one of the Street Sharks beating things to death with a giant falcata.

It's utter chaos.

May I present: The Dune patrol

Sandka Human Monk
Raziel Half-Elf Warpriest of Sarenrae
Klayvin Elf Ranger/Alchemist
Batt Human Paladin of Anubis
Bajaba Human Arcanist

tentatively named : "Dead Men Walking"

Shahn "Shakes" Kybh - (Aasimar ) Archonborn Pharasman Inquisitor (Heretic Archetype)

plus his friends and associates

Sylas Hoakhs- Half-Elf Inquistor of Cayden (Conviction) from Absalom ("we shall always have beer")

Ohagh "Chop Chop" Cho - Half Orc Witch Witchdoktor; "adopted" by Sylas

Numi'isha - human Sarenraeic Oracle of Flame (blind) ( "it's an indoor campaign, right ?")

A. "Absalom" Garm - half Orc - bard(archaeologist), ( "lecturer at the Pathfinder society")

I have a large group of relatively new players to Pathfinder. Even when I pointed out the trouble that their group would face without a skill monkey or divine caster, they charged right on ahead anyway.

Naemya, elven efreeti bloodline sorceress: A sorceress who comes from the Mwangi whose only motivation in life is to burn everything down. She loves the desert heat.

Captain Hawkings, human musket master gunslinger: The chief financier of this ridiculous expedition. Mostly paying them with stolen pirate booty after his successful mutiny from an actual Shackle pirate captain.

Spoiler:
NEVERMIND. Dies after charging (???) the tomb guardian in the Temple of the Erudite Eye.

Bass, human monk of the empty hand/rogue: The only voice of reason in the group. Often shouting "Guys! We should probably look for traps or... y'know, die!" Had a near death experience in Wati and is now a faithful servant of Pharasma.

Miles, human drunken master of many styles monk: Bass's best friend and confidante. Unwittingly married Bass to save his life from a horrible curse. The two are inseparable.

Logan "Wolverine", human synthesist summoner: Logan was an unfortunate soul that was a pet project of the Red Mantis Assassins of Mediogalti Island. After being infused with a fragment of Achaekek's divine glory, Logan can call forth claws from his hands. Currently being hunted down by the Red Mantis an using the tomb robbing as a cover to escape.

John S. Kennedy, half-orc archer fighter: Came to Wati to search for the remains of his brother (Bobby), only to find that his brother was more undead than dead. Now trying to find a way to put his brother at peace and uncover more of his family's sorted past.

Druid, dwarven desert druid: A strange druid who is chasing down a practitioner of necromancy that recently befouled an oasis that he was guarding. Hunted him down through Tephu and now to Wati where he joined up with the rest of the bunch to hopefully find the culprit.

Together... they are the Sinister Six.

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Had another TPK, now have another party:

A human paladin of Sarenrae; she's actually from the previous party, but the player was absent so the character was "home sick". Technically a survivor, I guess.

A cleric whose details I missed (we finished these characters with like 45min left).

A tengu zen archer monk.

My new tiefling magus, a reboot of my first real D&D character.

Third time's the charm, right?

We put together one adventuring party... but it sank into the swamp.

We put together a second adventuring party! But that one also sank into the swamp.

But this third adventuring party! Will probably catch fire and THEN sink into the swamp.

Our party - "The Old Ways"
Tarik Azim - Human Paladin of Anubis
Miniri Azim - Catfolk Bard (Archaeologist)
Axel - Dwarf Fighter
Erebor Qenat - Human Magus (Staff Magus)
Ahk-Sobek - Half-Orc Warpriest of Sobek
Elin Silentstep - Half-Elf Rogue

The party name comes from most of the characters, even the not overtly religious ones, worshipping one of the ancient Osirion deities. Aside from the obvious, we also have two worshippers of Bastet and a follower of Isis. We're not sure if Axel worships anything other than his/her (player hasn't specified as yet) greataxe, but we'll bring him/her around.

After diverse alarums in the Tomb of Akhentepi and the House of Pentheru, our brave adventurers have just been assigned the Sanctum of the Erudite Eye by the lottery, having persuaded Velriana to 'ally' with Black Kiss of the Sand Scorpions. They have also managed to persuade Idorii that working for Velriana was unwise, resulting in various plot developments which I will not mention here, as my players are known to frequent the messageboards.

My party just finished the Tomb of Akhentepi. After the bard ran straight into the first trap (poison darts down the hall) they became extremely cautious and managed to avoid most of the worst traps. They made some good combat choices (fire on the dolls, water on the sandling) but still struggled with the sarcophagus. Lots of fun!

Characters are:
Mahes Sekhem, human alchemist who believes he is the reincarnation of Sekhmet
Tara Hold, human wizard who is writing a pulp memoir
Andorrana Jones, human bard archaeologist played by my 10 year old son with age-appropriate impulse control, thus running straight into the first trap--he learned
Morrinth, Drow ranger, played by a first time player
Allerea Windrunner, human cleric, also a first time player

We haven't role played through the Tooth and Hookah encounter yet. I'm really looking forward to it, but I wanted the newbies to get a feel for exploration and combat before starting with a long talking bit.

Liberty's Edge

My players are The True Seekers. Their ranks are:

Fortuitous, a Halfling Paladin of Sarenrae
Yum Tog, an unscrupulous Half-orc barbarian
Aswed Tau, a Tiefling rogue destined for great things
Izof, a far-flung Varisian Pilgrim of Desna
Hrynn, a Gnoll inquisitor of Horus.

Four players. Wife and 3 daughters 14,13,11.

First attempt with the "Four Blades"

Aziza, female human Osirian Dervish Dancer Bard
Indiana Gnomes, female gnome Archaeologist Bard
Cleopatra, female Osirian human Sorcerer - Undead Bloodline
Akila, female Osirian human Pally of Sarenrae

They wiped in the first encounter with a certain sandy worm creature.

Second attempt with the "Wati Warriors"

Nefertary, female Osirian human Cleric of Isis
Earwen, female Taldan elven Universalist Wizard
Brenna, Raven familiar
Nyla, female human Osirian Serpent Shaman Druid
Serpentia, Small Viper Snake animal companion
Sasobek, male Osirian human Ranger

Just finished round 2 with the certain party wiping creature. Now they are divvying out the loot from their first characters =)

Game night #2 in a few hrs.

Flumpfs in a Blanket

Initial Cast

Charr Sharivizen - Garundihalf-elven Efreeti-blooded sorcerer
Shai Mao - osiriani catfolk rogue
Bashum Bashumgood - half-Orc cleric of Calistria (should be Gorum)
Quinn - Elven Zen archer
Vargrinn - dwarves gunslinger/alchemist
Bairn -dwarves Druid with Tiger, his companion.

Shai died in valiant combat. Vargrinn and Bairn decided to leave after the first story arc. Replacements have yet to to be selected.

Just started one recently...

Nestor, the undead-slaying fanatic Ulfen paladin of Sarenrae. he's here to smite evil and chew bubblegum, and nobody's invented bubblegum yet.

Nesha, a rather less fanatical caster-cleric of Sarenrae, Agathion-blooded Aasimar (the player wanted cat ears). Forgot to take Selective channeling.

Tgamo, a Mwangi barbarian recently resurrected by unknown means, with visions of his future in Osirion. Prone to buying overpriced lucky chickens in the sunburst market.

Rand, an Andorran swashbuckler whose theme song is "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun." The team's lockpicker, trapfinder, and haberdasher.

Salimah, Inquisitor of Pharasma, and native of Wati. She does not approve. No sir, not at all.

Together they are the Hand of the Divine!

Tonight we started our hiatus game. Pulpfinder: Mummy's Mask.

Our group of adventurers in the Oxford Brothers Adventuring Company (OxBAC) consists of:
Baron Ezra Gustave Noir, the famed British Mesmerist and financier of the company.
Dr Boone Connors his American half-brother, an archaeologist, trap finder and expert on Ancient Egyptian architecture, expedition leader.
Riley Mustafa Spiegel an Irish ex-pat with some Turkish ancestry, turned rogue, fence and trader in black market antiquities, as their agent in the region.
Rozala a Wati local, known by some as a charlatan, but some who know better as a legitimate psychic, who is their local guide and occasional fortune teller, she and Riley may have a history.
They've also hired a wee tricky Irish bastard by the name of Patrick O'Marley, abandoned as a child due to his dwarfism he was raised by a mysterious sect of violent Catholic monks, he's a bodyguard for the Baron.
Finally there's Alf Dinkum, Australian ex-convict, ex-soldier, proud member of the Fightin' Dropbears, troubleshooter and security expert for OxBAC, who fought alongside Boone in the war.

Stay tuned next week as they begin their adventures in Egypt!

One of my players wants to play a Paladin of Pharasma with the Undead Scourge archetype, which I've allowed. But I have no idea how the extensive looting (right down to the funerary masks and gold leafing off the walls!) will play out. At least two other PCs definitely going to take as much as they can from the tombs, and I can already see some serious conflict arising.
Any advice on how to deal with this?

The church of Pharasma in Wati has allowed such pillaging - provided the adventurers aren't too destructive or disrespectful, at least. With the blessing of both church and secular government, it shouldn't be an immediate problem for the paladin. He could position himself as "looting administrator," to keep the other PC's from making disrespectful mistakes and the like.

And hte plain fact is, Paladins can't live off prayer alone! And since for the foreseeable future Wati's entire economy is going to revolve around stuff pulled out of the Necropolis, it's probably better to be on the end of the transactions that has some control over how that loot is gained.

Think Paladin of Abadar, only way more annoyed by the undead.

Flumpfs in a Blanket have made it through almost the first 2 arcs. We've got 2 more encounters to finish the second Arc. Current Party:

Charr Sharivizen - Garundi half-elven Efreeti-blooded sorcerer
Regan Hardnose - human hammer and shield fighter
Bashum Bashumgood - half-Orc cleric of Calistria
Zahi - Garundi human bard (archaeologist)
Bairn -dwarven Druid with Tiger, his companion.

We are finishing the first book before Christmas. We decided that all the players make characters form Advanced Class Guide. The party composition is as follows:

Dahren: Garundi Arcanist
Khair: Keleshite Skald (with greatsword)
Izora: Female Keleshite Investigator
Raad: Keleshite Warpriest of Sarenrae

Sure, why not? I'm currently playing this both in a F2F group as well as via PbP so there's two groups to mention.

The Group with No Name (F2F)
Milamber - Ifrit Arcanist
Keeli & Zaltys - Gnome Summoner & Serpentine Eidolon
Elandria - Human Cleric
Joza (me) - Catfolk Investigator (Steelhound)

We seriously could never come up with a good name so people started referring to us as 'The Group with No Name'. The cleric replaced a different player who had a Warpriest of Gozreh but eventually had to drop out. Currently on Book 4.

Discoveries Unlimited (PbP)
Harmose - Human Tattooed Sorcerer (Undead bloodline)
Turel - Human Monk (Terra Cotta)
Qari - Tiefling Hydrokineticist
Polux - Aasimar Investigator (Empiricist)
Deseri - Aasimar Oracle (Seer)
Ra-Khefer - Oread Fighter (Unbreakable)
Kito - Human Witch (Hedge Witch)
Aleris (me) - Sylph Inquisitor of Shelyn

This group originally started out nearly a year ago and only had six players which included an alchemist, a cleric, and a cavalier in addition to the monk, the sorcerer, and the inquisitor. Long story short, three of the players had to drop and/or disappeared and the GM hit some RL snags so the game ended. The players of the monk and sorcerer as well as myself were in another game that ended around August/September. Around this time, we got in touch with the GM and asked if they'd be willing to try restarting MM - so we did and invited all the players from the other game to come over and make new characters to play with us in MM. They all accepted which is how we wound up with 8 PCs! Of course the GM is more focused on roleplay than combat so they're not particularly worried about us steamrolling stuff right now. Group Name - 'Los Escarabajos de Jade' (or The Jade Scarabs, we are all Argentinian players)

Current Path - The Half Dead City, we are about to enter the third place on the Wati Necropolis.

Seherab Deathkeeper (me) - LN Male Dwarven (Pahmet) Unbreakable Fighter 1/Spellbreaker Inquisitor 2 (Nethys Worshiper)

Shanun - LG Garundi Male Human Warpiest of Sarenrae 3 (Healing Blessing)

Fahim - NN Garundi Male Human Wizard 3 (Necromancer, Nethys Worshiper)

Latya - CG Keleshite Female Human Scout Rogue 3

Right now party is doing quite ok, had one or two fights that were close to a TPK. Since we've got a wand of infernal healing, our recovery out of fights has improved significatively.

My char uses a Dwarven Longhammer (or Falchion at close quarters) and is the main damage dealer, Shanun is a sword (scimitar) and board frontliner and the party's tank, Latya flank with us to get sneak or uses a shortbow and Fahim blasts from afar with his spell repertorie.

Personally i'm quite happy with the campaign and my character: Taking the Glory of Old + Steel Soul and the Strong-Willed feature from the Spellbreaker archetype, i've become quite resistant against hostile magic in general. Good HP and AC, lots of skills (taking the Heresy Inquisition makes me available as a party face with low charisma) and divine spells that buff my already decent melee damage. Plus, roleplaying a dwarf is always a blast for me.

Back Sphinx Boys

Dwarf Investigator
Dwarf Druid (snake companion)
Dwarf Oracle of Bones
Dwarf Monk

See the pattern?

... we're all 3/4 BAB!

I have always wanted to play on an all dwarf party, count me jealous!

The Steel Spiders

Ranged Desert Elf Ranger
Desert Elf Druid (Serpent Shaman)
Human Paladin of Iomadae
Halfling Unchained Rogue
Elven 2h Fighter

I've actually increased the number of those super small constructs, added poison to the tips, and make them Aid Another.

About to begin the Erudite Eye temple =)

I will finally be getting the chance to run Mummy's Mask for my other half and a group of our friends, and they have come up with the following party.

Sev, an oread fighter (lore warden archetype) who will be taking levels of Living Monolith.
Nisha, a div-spawn tiefling ranger
Rascorin, a gnome unchained summoner, with his psychopomp eidolon Veyga
and an as-yet unnamed catfolk oracle with the Shadows mystery, and who will be taking levels in unchained rogue as well

Just started MM - the group has just entered the Pentheru estate grounds. No deaths thus far, but the rogue is pretty good at getting poisoned.

Mia 1/1 Gnome Urban Witch/Alchemist. This is a reboot of my wife's favorite scatter-brained gnome, who started life as a random die roll to determine her first class, then uses another die-roll based on a list of "interesting experiences" that occurred during the level to determine her next level. It's freaky, but it's pretty fun.

"Gronk" Stormaxe 2 Dwarf Armor Master Fighter. I can't remember his actual first name. Fairly typical Dwarven fighter with a waraxe, shield, and heavy armor as soon as he can afford it.

Shikada 2 Wayang Phantom Thief Rogue, who is working towards Pathfinder Agent prestige class.

Gabriel Ebonwood 2 Half-Elf Eldritch Guardian Fighter and Mentys his Ioun Wyrd sage familiar. 2-bladed sword and medium armor, intends to play "offense and mobility" to Gronk's defense. Mentys provides him with the knowledge checks.

Arsin 2 Aasimar Herald Caller Cleric of Sarenrae. Party buffs, fire, light, summons, and is going for a pile of racial feats and summoning feats. Has the Heroism subdomain. Isn't particularly thrilled with the Wayang, but is highly amused by the Gnome.

Just about to embark on Empty graves...

The Dark Delvers:

Harriet the Aasimar Cleric of Selket
Tabitha the Oread Druid
Archie the Gnome Archivist
(I can't work out how to spell it) the Ratfolk Gunslinger

I'm very new to GMing but everyone seems to be having fun, and that is surely the point?

Early on we also had a half-orc Barbarian who reincarnated as the buffest sprite I've ever seen, but the player left.

We have a monk that has been dubbed Swarm Finder.

Monk: "I'm gonna just open this door."
Party (in chorus): "Noooooooooooo!"
GM (me): "As you open the door..."
