Magus and cold iron

In the section on cold iron, it indicates that adding the first enhancement bonus costs double. If my magus wants to use his arcane pool to enhance a cold iron weapon, would that cost 1 or 2?

No it doesn't. It says the price is increased by 2,000gp. Since your arcane pool doesn't care about prices, it's a moot point.
