Comic Store Invasion Materials

We signed up for the comic store invasion about a month ago via the Venture Captain in our area, to be run tomorrow may 21. Does anybody know how you are supposed to get the materials for the encounters? We haven't received anything yet and they are not in the comic itself.

I would email your VC and ask them to send it to you, that's probably going to be your best bet.
