I'm currently working on converting CotCT from 3.5 to Pathfinder and would appreciate feedback from the community. It's currently a work in progress (I've currently converted up to the third book and will be posting the rest of those conversions over the next couple of days.

Funny to see how there is material in a thread that I even didn't remember existed, called 'Conversions'. I closed it a long time ago and even though I check these boards very often, I never look at the conversion threads. So thanks for letting us know through a message here.
I had a quick glance at your conversions. Can you briefly walk us through your approach? How close do you stay to the original 3.5 NPCs? I did my own conversions for the campaign, but I move further from the 3.5 versions, e.g. I mostly use 20 point buy for NPCs (same as PCs) and I give them more HP as well (75 %, again same as PCs). This is one of the reasons I haven't posted any of these conversions here (the other being that I add a lot to the AP, which also adds a lot of NPCs).
I have tried to stay as close to the original write ups as possible, adding a level here or there to stay with the original CR. The skill consolidation factor occasionally causes me headaches as to what to do with the extra points floating around. Usually with each conversion I try to explain my rationalizations for what I've done. Only rarely will I add something to the classes of the original NPC's (case in point Devargo just screamed for the Poisoner archetype). Some NPC's should be converted to new classes (Dr Davalaus should be upgraded to a Vivisectionist Alchemist, which I will do in my home game.)
For my home game (which will include 6 characters at a 20 point buy) I will upgrade the hit points and levels of solo NPC's or add an extra mook or two to the mobs. This conversion is just a baseline for that game, which I hope others will enjoy.
