I've been working on converting this AP to be run with an all-Goblin party. After the (successful) Sandpoint raid, the party will be interfering with the events throughout the remaining Books and (accidentally) save the world from Karzoug. Here's what I have so far:

Burnt Offerings:
PCs are members of the Licktoad tribe and raid Sandpoint. After slaughtering helpless civilians (including Aldern Foxglove), they'll save Chief Gutwad's adviser Slorb from Valeros/Merisiel/Ezren/Kyra. After the successful raid, there'll be a big celebration with lots of Goblin games. For the next few weeks, the PCs will get to kill skeletons in a vault, navigate romantic awkwardness with the Chief's Daughter, and become buddy-buddy with Slorb. After a while, Chief Gutwad will start wondering what's happened to the other Goblin tribes and send out a few scouts. One will return, injured, with a wild story about Goblins and Longshanks in the Glassworks. The remainder of Book One can be run as-written.

Skinsaw Murders:
After a mysterious string of Licktoad murders, the Chief calls in the PCs and demands their assistance. The most recent victim was his daughter, after all, and he's rather ticked off. The investigation reveals that, fairly recently, an insane Goblin was captured and delivered to the Sanitarium. The PCs will get to sneak inside, find him, and conduct an interrogation. A little later, word gets out about walking scarecrows at a nearby Kobold warren, and the party can explore there. Evidence will point them to long-abandoned Foxglove Manor. On arriving there (and navigating the haunt-filled interior), they'll find Slorb! He's been turned into a ghoul, is completely insane, and is obsessed with one of the PCs. This explains the odd pictograms found at several of the murder sites. After disposing of him, the rest of Book Two can be run as-written. Sneak into Magnimar (or possibly Kaer Maga, I'm not sure yet), destroy the Skinsaw Cult, and end the murders before more Licktoads die!

Unfortunately, I'm at a loss how to proceed from here. The AP assumes that the PCs will be willing to aid the random people coming to them - after all, they're adventurers and heroes! However, nobody's going to be asking a Goblin tribe for help - especially if they're the people who destroyed Sandpoint. Also, since a good chunk of the metaplot is being learned through found journals, a party of writing-hating Goblins will be woefully in the dark and have no motivation to do anything. How can I transition out of the "solving local problems" phase and move a Goblin party to the "grand adventure of saving the world" portion?

I'm sure I'll have more questions as I continue the conversion process (like why Giants would bother besieging Sandpoint if it's a Goblin-filled ruin), but my biggest problem right now is how to make the party care about Hillbilly Ogres and the Black Arrow Rangers. Let's get cracking!

Because they are the chosen ones and if they do not do it they won't get any food( and die in the horrible burning death

Elaborate for me? Book Three is where the party transitions from being local heroes to becoming regional heroes. Unfortunately, chosen ones or not, I highly doubt anyone would be asking a Goblin tribe for assistance with anything - unless they were evil. I'm looking for an accidental way for the party to stumble upon the Ogre hut in the first place. I can work things from there; I just need a realistic Goblin-themed plot hook as the whole "mayor of Magnimar comes begging for aid" bit won't work for my campaign. :-)

Generally I think goblins I think food. They could be chosen to go on a foray out to find new sources of food. Perhaps they think the risk is worth a few dead goblins and attempt to steal from the Ogre tribes. Some gobbo's are caught red handed (maybe the pc's maybe not) and it instigates a grander fight between the two clans.

Maybe during the battles the goblin leader finds out about the magic runes used to control the ogres and desires to have an army of ogres to do his bidding.

Just some suggestions; I like the idea and hope your party enjoys it as well :)

Simple but brilliant. I can work with that easily. Thanks for the suggestion. :-)

Shadow Lodge

... I once pondered the same idea, but since it was started by a goblin character idea, it'd work if one in the group knew of the secrets of writing.

Basically, a goblin wizard in the Norgorber Corps would be able to read the journals, but as far as I've seen, they can just go after the humans, the ogres, the giants, and such in order. Maybe they find out from captured minions, or infiltrate Magnimar to pull off the biggest raid ever undertaken by goblinkind?
