Divine caster needed for Way of the Wicked

Recruitment

1 to 50 of 65 << first < prev | 1 | 2 | next > last >>

Due to personal differences, my only recently begun Way of the Wicked game is short a cleric, and I'm now in need of a replacement. The party is most of the way through the very first adventure, and it's more of a prologue than anything. Campaign spoilers below.

Minor campaign spoilers:
They're just about to escape the prison. You will come in as as somebody Cardinal Thorn advises to go with the party. You have no insights into his plans greater than the party will at any given time.

Way of the Wicked is an adventure path from Fire Mountain games where you play a group of evil characters seeking to overthrow the righteous and good city of Talingarde, who worship the god Mitra. The general setup is that the party is a group of convicts who escape from a prison nobody has ever escaped from before to avoid execution and be drafted into a war, but your character will not be one of the branded prisoners. Instead, you'll be someone who's already devoted to the cause and joins the party to aid them.

Character creation details:
-25 point buy
-All races, but the more peculiar they are, the iffier it gets. There will be infiltration in the game that the particularly bizarre races will have a great deal of trouble with. Races that are able to disguise themselves or pass as closely to human as possible, such as Kitsune, are easier to jsutify, but goblins are unlikely to be accepted.
-Only Lawful Neutral, True Neutral, Lawful Evil, and Neutral Evil are allowed. Chaotic Evil is banned.
-I'm looking only for a full divine caster for the party. Clerics and Oracles are obviously the best bets for this, but if you can spin a Druid to be properly motivated, that is also okay.
-I very, very highly reccomend your character worships Asmodeus, because your boss is a high priest of Asmodeus and obviously that's very helpful. That said, if you can explain your way into the cleric of another god, it might work. Maybe.
-You begin at second level. Average WBL.
-You get an additional two skill points per level, reflecting that villains are usually better than heroes.
-3 traits, because your character was not an inmate of Branderscar prison.
-Provide a backstory, obviously. Show me some background and motivations, since your character has to actively want to overthrow the city, instead of being a desperate person recruited into the war.
-A general plan for your character. Your eventual aim will be to overthrow the current order and instate your own authority, and your character should have some idea as to what they want to be in this new order.
-Material from literally any applicable Paizo book is accepted. Any official splatbook is allowable if you've a trait or magic item in there you're after.
-3rd party material is on a case-by-case basis. The biggest issue is me being able to see it; if I have the book or if it's on a site somewhere like d20pfsrd then I can give my judgement on it, but if I can't, then I'm likely to just dismiss it.
-If you're considering a prestige class of some sort, that'd also be neat to know.

The party right now consists of an Antipaladin and Inquisitor of Asmodeus, a Wizard, a Summoner, and a class clusterf++& currently in Monk and likely to veer elsehwere as time goes on. Which is why I'm only accepted divine casters; we have our other bases covered.

Evil games can, in the wrong hands, very quickly devolve into sociopathic power fantasy. I've no interest in running a game of murderhobos, serial rapists, and brooding loners. Your character is not to be a sociopath who stabs first and asks questions never because they're too busy going off to find someone else to stab. I'm looking for principled villains with a goal, the foresight to see it through without doing idiotic things to ruin that goal, and motivation. The best villains are those who have a reason for it, and while not everyone needs some kind of tragic backstory, something as simple as "worships Asmodeus but has always had to do it in the shadows" is still infinitely more interesting than "because he likes killing people". You don't need to have a deep code of honour, but you do need to behave and work in a group.

Also a big note is that working in a group is huge. I'm looking for someone who plays Pathfinder as cooperative game so that the party can pull themselves up from nothing to become great villains. Cooperation, communication, and working together are huge. Backstabbing, lying, withholding information, and stealing from the party are huge "don't"s for me.

Looking for people who can at least make one post a day on weekdays and one post on the weekends. More is a plus. Recruitment will only be open for a few days, depending on either when applications dry up, or when the group is close to where the chosen character will come in.

Dotting. I have to get ready for work soon, but I'll work something up later tonight.

Great campaign, looking for fun consistent posters.

Oh, I am the class clusterf@~* in case anyone was wondering.

Spooky, would that flame oracle i submitted while back ago fit your needs?
She had all her stuff worked out but didn't make the cut. I'll dig up the post to resubmit the stuff.

Tirion mentioned you where recruiting.

Plan to modify this guy to be cleric instead of antipaladin, but plan to keep him as an aasimar that betrayed his family.

You can submit her, Chyrone, but you'd have to tweak her backstory, since she'll no longer be shipped off to Branderscar.

Thought i did..unless im confusing her with another application i did.
Alternatively she's off to the saltmines first? Or a general thing?

The original recruitment had everyone sent off to prison to be executed/sent to the salt mines after some time in the prison. Your character's crime was arson, so she would have been given death by fire, not the salt mines.

But this character will not be charged with anything. They'll be enlisted by a man named Cardinal Thorn, high priest of Asmodeus, to help in his war with the city. Nothing to do with the prison, so that part has to be retooled.

I have a cleric concept that I would like to submit, but first I want to run a Cleric Archetype by you. It is from Fire Mountain Games and the details can be found below.

Unholy Barrister

Considering it comes right out of the AP, I'll allow it.

I have been looking for a good daily (more if possible) posting game for quite awhile. I will "roll" up a female ceric of Asmodeus soon. I need to read the WOTW player's guide and get a good concept first. I love playing clerics, so this is the perfect fit for me. As far as sociopathic behavior, I believe the most powerful evil characters are true LE. Thanks for the opportunity to apply! ~Jules

My only comment would be, use the campaign traits, but retool them - you committed a crime, but Cardinal Thorn's people broke you out - or you escaped - or you did the crime and were never caught and have been living in a van down by the river.

Be creative, just not too creative. There is a fine line between creative and inane stupidity.

Ah sweet, an opportunity to command undead. Can I just submit a background and concept? I can get the crunch done in an hour if accepted.

You can submit whatever you want. Just remember if you submission is "My name is Bob and I plan on playing a LE Cleric of Asmodeus." Then you are unlikely to really differentiate yourself from the pack. Probably better than the person who presents a priest of a demon lord or Mitra, but not much. Look at Asmodeus and figure which domains fit with him, evil? demons? undead? hate? envy? greed? If you have an evil concept, and it does not really fit in with a deity's base domains, you better have a good story/reason for the split. (Separatist Cleric? Oracle? etc.)

Your submission is your application. If there are build rules, read the recruitment thread on the original recruitment, many of the answers will be answered there. Other than that, present what you think will get you in the door. DM Spooky will have the final say, but I assume he will ask for input from the other 5 players, so give us your best (ok, worst and evilest) presentation.

Yeah, that's fine. There'll probably be a few days between selection and introduction anyway.

Would you allow Fiendish Vessel of Asmodeus or would tiefling race be too big of a problem in this campaign?

Not sold on this idea. I also am thinking about a human evangelist (enchanter) cleric as well.

Tieflings are okay. My only issue with races is when they're very clearly non-human-ish. If you can use Disguise Self to reasonably pass for a human, elf, or dwarf, or you can just put a hood over your face in the shadows and people will buy it, then you're in the clear. Our only current non-human is an Ifrit, so Tiefling is in the clear. As for the archetype, it's official Paizo, so it's in the clear.

Also, missed Morossa's post when I made mine, but for reference on backstory strength, here are the other characters' backstories/applications:
Amanda Malburne, Inquisitor
Lisbeth Steelsong, Antipaladin
Zinbah Boreol, Wizard
Raymond K. Hessel, Master Summoner

Morossa's backstory (in their profile) is a bit of a word vomit, but as the others show, it's by no means necessary, so don't feel intimidated. If I like the general idea you're going for, then a decent word count of more than two short paragraphs is sufficient. That said, words generally equal development of an idea and that's good, but I don't run my games as a wordcount pissing contest. Make an interesting idea and that's the best thing you can do for yourself. Oh, and also reading the guidelines, understanding what variety of evil I'm after, and giving me something along those lines.

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Hey, I have a great backstory - ok, more of a novella - but it tells who she is and why she tends to be a really bitter and prone to evil deeds person.

And, if you don't like that, you had better be watching the shadows very carefully, because that is where Morossa will be.

I mean no offense by it. It just looks very intimidating when the only person who's posted so far happens to have posted a novella.

Would Advanced class guide classes like shamen or Warpriest be suitable?

Tiefling Feature Roll: 1d100 ⇒ 67

Tiefling Abilities Roll: 1d100 ⇒ 18<---DR/2 Bludgeoning

@Kevin Mack: Shaman is allowed, but since we already have an Inquisitor and Paladin, I'm looking for a full divine caster. Warpriest is only 2/3rds.

@jules1: You can actually pick and choose features and abilities (except the +2 to a mental stat options) if you'd like. And drop the feat requirement because I find it amazingly pointless.

I took the feat to take a tiefling variant (Oni Spawn). Do I need to take the feat for that or is it still OK to just pick a variant?

Here is what I have so far. Does this look like I am headed in the right direction for party balance?

Channeling this evil causes a burst that affects all creatures in a 30-foot radius centered on the fiendish vessel. In the case of evil creatures, the amount of damage healed is equal to 1d4 points of damage and increases by 1d4 at every two levels beyond 1st (to a maximum of 10d4 at 19th level). Good creatures in the burst receive a Will saving throw to negate this damage. Good creatures that fail their saving throws are sickened for 1d4 rounds. Good creatures with a number of Hit Dice less than or equal to the fiendish vessel's class level – 5 that fail their saving throws are nauseated for 1 round and then sickened for 1d4 rounds instead. The DC of this save is equal to 10 + 1/2 the fiendish vessel's level + the fiendish vessel's Charisma bonus. Neutral creatures are unaffected by this burst of evil energy. (1d4-4x/day DC 12)
Damage Resistance, Fire (5) You have the specified Damage Resistance against Fire attacks.
Darkvision (60 feet) You can see in the dark (black and white vision only).
Fire Bolt (1d6+2) (7/day) (Sp) 30' Ranged touch attack deals 1d6+2 Fire damage.
Focused Domain +2 to cleric level for domain powers.
Prehensile Tail Your tail can retrieve small objects on your person as a swift action.
Scroll of Restoration, Lesser, Restoration, Lesser, Comprehend Languages, Comprehend Languages, Obsc Add this item to create a scroll with spells on it.
Spontaneous Casting The Cleric can convert stored spells into Domain Spells (Theologian)

I know the background is much more important, but I like to put a character on paper and then go from there! She is a primary caster/buffer/healer with 2nd level melee to defend the other casters. I will probably stay away from too many summons since you already have a master summoner. Thoughts?

~Jules1

question of note will you allow this cleric archetype (third party)?
http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/cleric/archetypes/kobold-press /theosophist

I'm looking to make a more scholarly cleric who will be prestige classing into agent of the grave.
http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/prestige-classes/other-paizo/a-b/agent-of-t he-grave

Alternatively this class could serve the idea grandly (yes I admit I am addicted to my skill ranks)
http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/3rd-party-classes/adamant-entertainment/pri est

I'm going for a character who will be transforming into a lich or vampire of some description. I'm looking at available gods from the core and the advanced race guide (primarily Urgathoa, Norgorber or perhaps the archdevil Baalzebul). As sadly Asmodeus does not have the death domain.

I will throw my hat into the ring as well, with a gnome oracle.

Spoiler:

Gnome oracle, probably with Dark Tapestry Mystery, using Words of Power. Emphasis on summoning and necromancy, with support casting (e.g. condition removal)

Physically, looks rather like Papa Legba wearing a vastly oversized top hat.

Primary motivation : revenge against ruling caste/dynasty/religion, probably related to his curse (tbd.)

Further details upon request when I can flesh them out.

Hey Spooky

Would you be ok with a Fetchling?

Nasic idea is a Fetchling Life Oracle who functions as a torturer for the cult. She'd be a devotee of the Whore Queen Doloras, also known as Our Lady of Pain, and would be a loyal retainer to the church of Asmodeus (despite her ultimate loyalty lying with Doloras).
Her main use of her abilities, as far as her background is concerned, is keeping torture victims alive as long as possible by healing them up between sessions. She's purely a sadist and I see her summoning Kytons and the occasional Crucidaemon at some point in the future, more so than devils.

EDIT: I'd possibly be looking at going Holy Vindicator somewhere in the future

Background:

Tatiana's birth was scandolous. Her teenage mother had been raped and left for dead one night near their farm. Fearing the thought of losing face, Natalia's parents sent the young pregnant girl away. Alone, Tatiana went to the only person she thought may help her, a middle aged tenant farmer she worked for during the summer. Jumping at the opportunity to marry a very young and beautiful lady, the peasant married Natalia and soon she gave birth to a beautiful girl. She named her daughter Tatiana after her great grandmother.

Tatiana grew up in poverty. Though her life was rather mundane, she was able to attend a local school. She spent the rest of her time helping around the farm. One day things changed. She was washing her hair when she cut her finger on something sharp in her scalp. She immediately went to her mom and showed her. To her surprise, two small bony points protruded slightly from her scalp. As weeks progressed, so did the spikes. Unable to explain what was happening, her parents had her hide them at all times. Soon, a small tail-like piece of skin developed from her sacral area as well. Within a year, she had grown a one inch set of horns.

Tatiana did the best she could to hide them, but one day her masquerade ended abruptly. She had been playing catch with some boys at school when one of the boys grabbed her hat to tease her. Unfortunately, her hair was parted and the horns were visible. The boys ran in fear and told their parents what they had seen. Within hours, local inquisitors showed up at the farm and took the girl and her mother. Convicted of witchcraft, her mother was burned at the stake. Tatiana's horns were surgically removed and she was sent to an orphanage run by the church of Mitra. The priests felt that it was not the young girl's fault her mother had been a heretic and gave her a second chance.

She was treated poorly at the orphanage. The house mother verbal and physically abused the girl, often calling her the bastard daughter of a witch. She would be sent daily to the temple to wash the floors and clean the sacred worship utensils. Being forced to learn Mitra's code and often overhearing hypocritical conversations between laymen, she was turned away from her native faith. She began to act out in rebellion. Stiffer punishment only strengthened the girl's resolve. It wasn't long before the girl was thrown out of the orphanage. Now only sixteen, she learned to fend for herself on the streets. This often meant selling herself secretly to men, many of which were the same priests who acted so holy in the temple. She loathed everyone and everything she knew. It was then, when Tatiana hit rock bottom, that she had a strange encounter with a raven. For a few days, she had been living in an alley. She was hungry and sick. A raven began bringing her food. It stayed with her for several days. Finally, it continuously pecked her and hopped down the alley until she mustered the strength to follow it. With barely enough strength to walk, she pursued it for several blocks as it would wait patiently for her to catch up. It finally led her into the woods and to a man in dark robes.

The man was a priest of the god Asmodeus. He took Tatiana to his cabin in the woods to nurse her to health. When she was well enough, Tatiana traveled blindfolded with the man to a distant location where inside an old crypt a group of Asmodean priests and antipaladins trained her. Now well trained in martial warfare and evil magic, she is traveling to learn about her first assignment. Though it is a meager start, she is driven to make everyone pay for the pain they caused her and her mother.

GM:

My archtype gets an imp familiar at L3. I thought I could introduce him disguised as a raven for now. Ultimately, he would probably make a great RPing familiar for me and you should I be accepted.

Plan:

Tatiana is now a loyal follower of the Lord of Darkness. She has made it her life's mission to crush the Church of Mitra and punish all the hypocrites who caused her so much pain. Eventually, she would like to establish the church of Asmodeus to its rightful place over Taligarde, maybe even be the Head Priestess of the capital. She must start somewhere though. Full Cleric leveling.

Ugh! Typo in my background. Should have been scandalous. Sorry. :)

I humbly (and evilly) submit Hoosible Drybriar. He's a kind, gentle gnome whose interests include dried flowers and dried corpses.

His profile goes into great detail on his backstory and crunch, but here're a few key notes:

Hoosible is very much a team player. While his ethics and judgement are...odd, he tends to act quite sweetly toward those around him, e.g. weaving them wreaths of flowers.

Motivation: at this point, Hoosible mostly wants to get to practice his art. He is quite content to serve the Church of Asmodeus -- not because he's much of an Asmodean himself but because it as a great opportunity to get to grow as a Wendifa, and eventually to be able to call Wendo spirits into otherwise lifeless corpses. Over time, as things evolve, I suspect he'll get a more personal drive to overthrow the government as well.

As for myself, I'm an active player in a half dozen games, and tend to post at least once daily. When vacation or something else will interfere, I'm proactive about letting folks know.

Let me know if you have any questions!

I'll post up a submission tonight; I have the tests done just need to polish the fluff.

Looking at doing a cleric of Asmodeus (particularly fond of contracts) who has spent several decades systematically working and climbing the ranks of the church of Abadar. He does this to gain political power, but also to sneakily trick people into signing infernal contracts for his actual deity.

The mention of Agent of the Grave reminded me; the AP gives players means to become vampires and liches through various means, and due to request by our Inquisitor, the rules for becoming a demon will be adapted to allow for a transformation into a devil as time goes on. Just something to think about.

@Tatiana: Variants are also free to take without the feat in my games. As for your background, looking good.

@Viluki: I guess either of those would be okay, since we already have a pretty martial-heavy party.

@Cuan: Yeah, those all sound alright by me.

@Hoosible: So far so good.

@NerdOfThe Year: There isn't really a church of Abadar, actually. Talingarde is a vastly Mitran city, and there's no political power to be found in worshiping anyone else.

Thanks GM. I went with Abadar for the logical connections of contracting, but I'll happily do some research on Mitra and see if a can make a plausible reason my cleric could be infiltrating. If not I'll get back to the drawing board :)

So, I'll need a little while to fully flesh out the concept but would you permit a Druid worshiping the Midnight Lord (Zon-Kuthon)?
I was thinking of Samsaran as a race choice due to the delicious concept of a corrupted reincarnation process.
Golarion lore states that he has a not insignificant following of druids but I am aware that this might not fit the flair of WoTW.
ZK being a corrupted god of Art and beauty could also lead to some really fun RP.
It is so much more fun when the pain is memorable. One can inflict a thousand agonies only to be forgotten in a fort night, but a well placed word can cripple for years.

I'll be submitting Vahela Satinne.
She's an envoy sent from the Shadow Plane where they aren't too keen on Mitra and his cult of light. She specifically comes from a city state that, as a whole, worships the Whore Queen Doloras and was built there by her order to keep in contact with the Kytons after she freed them from Hell after her fall (which coincided with Asmodeus' fall).

As for the crunch: How is HP done from 2nd lvl onward?

I'm also having trouble finding prices for things like branding irons.

Personal Goal:
Ideally Vahela would like to become the head of the secret police of the reborn empire.

In addition she'd like to create a dedicated church of Doloras where like minded spirits could gather and which would function as a training ground for those seeking mastery over their own emotion and the pain of others.

Last but not least she'd remain an envoy from the Shadow Plane, cultivating the relationship between the empire and the Shadow Plane. She'd also work as a dignitary for dealing with the other planes, mainly Hell or mercenaries from Abaddon.

Motivation:

Vahela hates Mitra and all he stand for. She'd go very far to have him removed from the world.

In addition she has been sent as an envoy from her people with the orders to help establish and new empire and an ally for her people.

A last point is that she seeks to please her mistress Doloras and she on her turn seeks to please Asmodeus.

Background:

Vahela was born as the eldest daughter of the king's younger brother and as such grew up at court. Being the oldest of his children she was destined to become a diplomat for the nation as to not be a threat to her cousin's claim to the throne. In addition, being a woman of the royal line, she was inducted into the church of the Whore Queen Doloras at the onset of her 9th name day.

After the induction she was regularly both in repressing one's own emotions and pains while manipulating those of others. She learned how and where to apply pressure to get what she wanted, through persuasion, intimidation or sheer terror while she also learned how to keep torture victims alive long enough to provide the information she desired. It was discovered very early on that she had a knack for this and was, in fact, a font of positive energy, something very rare on the Shadow Plane.

As she grew older and became more skilled both as a diplomat and as an interrogator her renown grew and with it the knowledge of her ability to manipulate life energy. This last piece of information made her a mark, both for kidnap and for assassination and her family had to take increasing measures to protect her.

It was at this time that they received word from one of their last envoys on the material plane. A group was rising with the intent to overthrow the current Mitra blessed nation of Talingarde and reinstate the worship of Asmodeus and control of the region. It was not long before the plan to ship Vahela off as an envoy was born. That way they'd both secure her safety and work on a foothold on the material plane.

A meeting was set up between Vahela and Cardinal Thorn. The Cardinal agreed to her as the envoy, knowing full well that one of royal blood such as her would be a master of both torture and interrogation and as such would be an asset to his operation. Now all that remained was a way to test her loyalty.

Great. I will go with scribe scroll as my feat then. That way I can have a bunch of scrolls to cover all of the group's divine spell casting needs!

By the way, my "channel" ability heals evil creatures and potentially harms good at the same time (they get a save). This will be good for now and possibly later as characters become undead. It doesn't specify living vs undead. I will also pick up an imp companion at 3rd level who will have UMD (for wands) to help with healing as well.

Tatiana's future Imp

I'd like to throw my hat into the ring. I'm thinking a human Cleric of Asmodeus, Frankis Tharanas. I don't have crunch created yet, but he would have the Trickery and Law (Tyranny) domains. I have played with
Tirion in a campaign for quite a long time and I have no interest in being a disruptive or over powering player. The character would be LN, very self-interested and power-hungry, but not sadistic or out of control. The character is based on watching House of Cards, and the cold, calculating, politician who is the main character.

background:
Frankis is a barrister in the city of Matharyn, working in the Crown's court's offices. He is a young handsome man, given to dressing above his station and profession. He is friendly and charismatic young man, but his eyes rarely show a hint of warmth.

Frankis has always been interested in power, but his relatively low birth and the heredity nature of the kingdom of Talingarde made it a almost impossible dream. His introduction to the worship of Asmodeus as a teenager offered him another choice. What if the power structure itself could be undermined, what if it could be overturn? Better yet, what if the power structure could be subverted...yes that could be the best choice. Frankis is a planner and a manipulator. He prefers to defeat opponents while bolstering their belief in his friendship.

Frankis is still a relatively young man, but several years working in the Crown's Court offices has not led him to the rise in power which he has sought for. He has begun seeking other paths, looking to his connections in the Church of Asmodeus for ways to accelerate his plans.

I made a mistake in my earlier post. The character would be LE.

Hi all, here is my application for a Human, LE Cleric (Unholy Barrister) of Asmodeus. I am still working on purchasing gear, but his crunch, Personality, and Background are complete. Everything can be found in the character profile.

Withdrawing my application because Tatiana's build is pretty close to mine, and I like her backstory better :P

@Movin: Actually, a Druid who explicitly worships an evil deity is probably the on ly way to really make it work. So, go with it, we'll see how it turns out.

@Cuan: HP will probably be rolled. As for branding irons, maybe look for something similar in cost/shape, and go with that? If you've a use for it, I'm fine reskinning a similar item's stats. That aside though, looking good.

@The Dorf: Could you expland more about how he was introduced to Asmodeus? It's illegal to worship him in Talingare, so it wouldn't be something very casual.

@KarnLathem: Looking good.

Seeing these applicants, i feel my oracle will miss the boat, so i'll fold.

Gl to whomever gets picked.

Checking in. I am really enjoying reading through the gameplay thread. I hope everyone has a great Cinco de Mayo!

I'm still fleshing out his background, but here is an answer:

Frankis' father was a weak and ineffectual man, more interested in the bottom of a cup than forwarding the family politically or financially. His father did have the limited foresight though to pay for a private tutor for Frankis in his early teen years. There were several applicants, but one was very surprising to the family. Amherst Dolence was a prestigious scholar who had tutored children from some of the most well-connected families in the kingdom. In his interview, Amherst offered to lower his normally exuberant fee to teach Frankis. He claimed that he saw a spark of genius in the young man, but what he really had discerned was ambition and perception combined with a certain moral flexibility. The family would be fools to hire anyone else.

From the beginning, Amherst focused more on philosophy and ethics than the more traditional subjects, and his lessons always seemed to push Frankis towards a very pragmatic and amoral belief system. It was only after several months that Amherst was sure Frankis was ready to study the truth behind the foolish morals and beliefs of those around him. Morals and concepts like virtue, philanthropy, and benevolence were prison walls that the weak and weak-minded used to suppress the strong and wise, such as Frankis. There was a god who rewarded those like Frankis though: Asmodeus. Asmodeus had set Amherst on the mission to recruit proper young people who could transform the kingdom into one of strength and justice for those who truly deserved it. Frankis waivered for several weeks, but when he was finally able to unleash himself from the shackles of morality and societal expectations, he could finally commit himself fully to his new Master.

Would you be good with Witch?

Witch is an arcane caster, so no.

Also, the group is only a few more days from leaving the prison, so I'm going to set the deadline for submissions/applications to tomorrow at 6 EST. Finish up anything you need to finish up before then, and then I will confer with the party and hopefully by Thursday at that same time have the decision.

Lets make this decision the Asmodean way. Put all the applicants in a pit, give them light maces, Asmodeus' favorite weapon, then let them beat each other's brains in. Whoever survives will be invited in.

*sigh* so fun fact, I work overnights.
Spooky your message got to me around the equivalent hour of midnight for me. I could likely stay up all day and try to make something work but my half awake rush job won't stand up to the solid entries you've already got. So rather than make a half-hearted entry I'm just going to tip my hat and wish you guys the best of luck.

I've been debating posting this character because it ends up being rather similar to Tatiana -- which is an excellent submission -- but at the same time, I really want to play the character and this AP...

So, after kicking it back in forth in my mind, I thought I may as well just post it (since I built the cursed thing) and let Spooky and the current players decide.

So, here we go: one Hellspawn Fiendish Vessel (of Belial -- he was created by and thus very loyal to Asmodeus -- and works better for her particular viewpoint.).
