How much does Inner Sea Gods replace for PFS?

It replaces the Whimsy subdomain from Blood of Angels with a new, useless one.

It replaces the Butterfly Sting feat that everyone could take with one that only followers of Desna can take.

It muddies the stance of Taldor vs. Sarenrae.

Is that they type of stuff you're looking for?

It also replaces (but not invalidates) many of the older AP deity entries, and even includes some of the spells from those AP entries.

For example, Factions of Heal and Harm, originally from Pathfinder Adventure Path #41: "The Thousand Fangs Below" (and practically the only reason to have that book in PFS) is now much more accessible.
