Do you know when we get more information on GenCon registrations? Do we get badge numbers before event signups begin? I'm hoping to get some True Dungeon tickets reserved when events open up, and believe I can only do that if I have my registration info.
Being a first time GM for Paizo, I'm not sure how the logistics usually go.

In 2012 I got my badge notification on the 25th of April. In 2013, it was the 30th of April. I'd assume we'll get notification of badges from your GenCon account later this week or next. In any case, you should have the badge notice at least a week before events go live, so you can buy tickets to events during slots you're free.

Thanks! That's perfect. I'm volunteered to front the money for 2 true dungeon runs, and then realized that I wasn't sure I'd actually have badge info to go through with it. Guess I jumped the gun a little and would have known the answer in the next week.

On a related topic, anyone know when the gencon event schedule will go up? I want to plan out the rest of my con...
Event sign-up goes up on May 18th (Noon EST). Normally the list of events have gone up 1-2 weeks before sign-up. So I would have to agree with Sniggevert's May 8th estimate, or it will be at least very close to that date.

So, when do we GMs meet on Wednesday to pick up badges and stuff? I'm trying to make sure I get there on time since I'm not the one driving.
Also, when do we usually get our scenarios beforehand? Especially those that come out at Gen Con.
Mike and John will announce a GM meeting for the Wednesday afternoon or early evening, where general information about how things will run will be talked about, and questions answered. Last year they then did Q&A about running the special. That's the time/place to get your badge and shirts.
Scenarios will be put into your downloads at least a week before the con - the ones that come out closer to Gen Con will arrive in your inbox closer to the con as well, of course, but that's our occupational hazard for volunteering for those knowing the release schedule! :)

Also, you don't need to print your own chronicle sheets (although I did last year and filled them out in advance to speed things up given the whole running three slots one after the other thing).
After play begins in each slot, marshals will come around to your table with wooden coins (that GMs and players can turn in by twos to roll for boons and other prizes) as well as chronicle sheets if needed, and a player record sheet that you'll turn in to HQ after you run each slot (make sure to mind the ABCD boxes too - it's a new thing for Season 5 so some GMs still aren't used to it yet!)
