I'm from the Midwest and everything about the people from the Midwest is a lie except that we are terrible drivers.

They built a fence, like Wilson's Fence from Home Improvement. They won't let us look in their yard anymore.

Silver Crusade

I'm from California and we put our boardshorts on one leg at a time like everyone else.

Liberty's Edge

Okay, that's it Cleaver, I figured it out:

THE NAT. ARMOR FROM SKIN AND BONES IS ALREADY FACTORED IN! The system just ignores the +4 for that, so Kobolds (with tougher skin) get +2, though in fact they get +6.

I'm originally from New Hampshire, and I will confirm that everything they say about New Hampshire is true.

Which is why I moved to New York.

Considering how awful many people hear New Yorkers are when in truth we are incredibly friendly so long as you aren't gawking at things and not moving in the middle of the sidewalk while we are on our way to work, I'm taking all accusations of meanness with a grain of salt.

I remember when you told me "We don't do that any more" when I flipped off the guy who almost hit me with his car. My heart broke a little.

I blame gentrification.

My Kingmaker campaign had the Sootscale kobolds join the country. They're now the primary miners, metalcrafts, and scouts of the nation of Agrowan and have an important and significant part to play every day there.

You are welcome.

They're pretty important in mine as well. In addition, Mikmek is the court assassin and a repeatedly-certified badass.

Before I dropped out of Kingmaker due to issues with the GM, Mikmek died a Hero's Death and now has a giant statue in the city square dedicated to him.

The Kobolds were happy that the first 'champion' of the kingdom was a Kobold, and were quite content working the silver mines in exchange for food and supplies.

I, the Wizard, was the Grand Diplomat (apparently I had the second highest charisma after the Sorcerer who became ruler, and the highest Intelligence period, also the highest Diplomacy after the Sorcerer as well) when I dropped out. Since then, I've heard the Kobolods have gone into open revolt and are waging a little Guillaume war on the kingdom. Last I heard, they were actually winning somewhat!

We had a huge statue of our Conan-styled king, staring menacingly down at the populace from a heroic pose with a greatsword thrust into the ground. Sadly (this always tears me up), the statue was broken by an owlbear...
