You have achieved your your first mythic Tier!

Also: because of your dream and the Devotion points you gathered by your actions - cleaning the shrines, destroying the main enemies, etc. you have other rewards:

1) +2 bonus to a skill of your choice.
2) +5 hp
3) a bonus feat of your choice - you still must qualify for it.
4) +2 to an ability of your choice.

All of these are permanent.

After a good nights rest I feel not satisfied with my selection. If possible I would change the following:

Secondary path = Marshal Order Rally!
It just feels right!

As a swift action, you can expend one use of mythic power to gain a +4 dodge bonus to your AC until the start of your next turn. During this time, whenever a creature misses on a melee attack against you, it provokes an attack of opportunity from you. You can choose to either take this attack of opportunity or force that creature to reroll the attack and change the target to a creature of your choice that is adjacent to you and within the attacker's reach. This reroll uses the same modifiers as the initial attack roll.


So here is where I see the Mythic stuff can be an issue in PBP: there are a lot of abilities that allow you to use an swift or immediate action and spend a Mythic point to do something. Mythic Dodge being a good example. The potential to slow us down is great.

I am open to suggestions on how to handle this.


I can take Path Dabbling and take Endless Hatred (works with my favored enemies) instead. I was debating between the two anyway.

One thing players can do to help speed things up is to indicate in their posts conditions under which they'll use interrupt actions. With Deadly Dodge, Kazul could indicate things like "if X or Y attacks me, I'll force a reroll, otherwise I'll take an opportunity attack".

Dear Everyone,

I am posting this to all of my games. I'm sorry for my lack of communication. Life has been dumping on me.

My work load is still overwhelmingly heavy, and we had a major medical scare in my family. My son had a relatively simple case of strep throat, and we learned the hard way that he is allergic to penicillin. Very allergic. We've been dealing with medical issues for over a week now.

I will be going on inactive status for a short while. I need to get things in order and I barely have time in my daily schedule to eat dinner with my family let alone do any gaming. Between too much work, finishing my dissertation, and my son's health, I have too much on my plate.

If you feel the need to replace my character, I understand. I will reach out to you when things settle down to see if there is still an opening. Probably in a few weeks.

These ornate military medals are awarded to crusaders and adventurers who excel and deserve commendation in the war against the Worldwound. A medal must be affixed to a worn article of clothing to function, but doesn’t have to be worn visibly. Any number of righteous medals can be worn, but the effects of multiple medals of a single type don’t stack. A righteous medal functions only if the wearer has legitimately achieved the feat for which she received the medal. As a swift action, the wearer can gain a +2 sacred bonus to the medal’s associated ability score for 1 minute. In addition, each righteous medal grants a constant sacred bonus on one type of roll, as detailed below.

Righteous medal of Valor: Strength, and +2 sacred bonus to CMD.


So a quick question: do you guys want to use the army combat rules for this next part?

I can go either way. Use the mechanics of the army combat, or keep it in the background. It will be a little slower in pbp.
