Question about Garrison Ability...

How exactly does the Garrison's At This Location Ability work? Say, for example, Amiri encounters a Zombie there... does she encounter that Zombie and a "summoned" Zombie? Some say that this only applies to other characters in the Garrison, but the card says "each character" (not each OTHER character)...

Treat it like each other character summons. The exploring character doesn't summon. See this thread.

Thanks. I am also in the camp that it should read "each OTHER" in future printings.
