Couple of questions on Monks and Snake Style

Rules Questions

I looked through several threads and couldn't find the answers to these questions. I'm new to pathfinder and not sure how it differs from 3.5 regarding these things so here are my questions:

Am I correct in thinking that if I use the immediate action to use my sense motive check for my AC, I cannot then use another immediate action to make another attack after the first from my Snake Fang feat?

If two enemies attack me and both miss, can I use my Snake Fang feat to attack them both? Or would I need Combat Reflexes to make more than one per round? (since it says it works like an attack of opportunity.)

Yes

Immediate actions are 1 / round and can not be used in a same round as a swift and if used before a swift it blocks using a swift.

Yes, you would need combat reflexes to get an attack on each opponent
