CR and Encounter Design

Rules Questions

So I've been trying hard to get this DM thing down and using a lot of tools that I've found online and I really like this Encounter Table that I've been using it's based off of Red Kobolds Dungeon Designer so I won't take credit for it but I made quite a few tweaks to it to work directly with Pathfinder. Guys PLEASE read through it and tell me how you might tweak/change/improve it to work even better and your reasons behind it I would REALLY appreciate the feedback so I can make my dungeon runs really fun and interesting to all my party members, and feel free to use it yourself :) I'd be flattered

GENERATE ENCOUNTERS
You Roll 2D6 along with another "WILD DIE" each time you enter a new room or section of your dungeon and take the result to this and you get a BANE if your wild rolls a 1 and a BOON if it rolls a 6

2 - No Encounter
3 - Adventurer (Quest/Escort/ETC) or Random Wandering Monster(BANE)
4 - (1-2) Mooks (Easy Encounter) APL -1
5 - (1-2) Vermin per PC (Easy Encounter) APL -1
6 - No Encounter
7 - No Encounter
8 - No Encounter
9 - 3 Mooks or 2 Mooks and 1 Tough (Average Encounter) APL +0
10 - 3 Mooks and 1 Tough or 1 Tough and 1 Brute (Average Encounter w/small buffs) APL +.5 if that makes sense?
11 - Boss with D4 Mooks or Spellcasting Boss with D3 Mooks (Challanging Encounter) APL +1
12 - No Encounter

BANE - No Loot from Encounter or Loot is Broken/Cursed
BOON - +20% More Loot from Encounter

I know it's messy and it doesn't seem like you would run into much with all those "No Encounters" in there but between my brother and I we have rolled up about 10 of these dungeons and we average about 35 encounters in a dungeon with about 65 to 70 rooms and that doesn't include the traps that we roll into the dungeon and we usually end up with about 3 to 4 of them as well.
And I know I didn't account for the "Hard" or "Epic" APL Encounters but you can tweak it however you like to add them in we personally as a house rule didn't want to add them in until maybe later when me and my friends felt a little more comfortable with the game and it's mechanics :)

But please look over this and maybe suggest some ways that I could tweak it even further to work even better with Game :)
