I've looked into your pending order, and it seems that this was just a minor hiccup on our end. I've manually set your payment method to the order, and it should be processed with our next round of authorizations. When it leaves the warehouse, you should get a shipping confirmation email. I took a look at the order and I think I found what was preventing it from going through, I've set our system to try reprocessing your order with our next batch. If we are able to successfully authorize your payment method it should be added to our shipping queue, otherwise we'll let you know via email that we need additional assistance. Let me know if I can assist you with anything else in the mean time!

Looks like your order was just caught up on the same bug that started this thread. I've set your payment method and it has been authorized. Your order should be ready to ship out shortly, at which time you'll receive the shipping confirmation email.

I'm having the same issue. Order #3197645
Says my payment method has been declined. When I go to my subscriptions, it has no payment method selected - which is odd given that I've had this subscription for like 2 years. I get my subscription books every release as normal, but this time my payment method did not load into the process?
Additionally, when I select "Change Payment Method" in order to put the information back, it brings me to a page with "Cancel", "Select Payment Method", and "Cancel" buttons. It doesn't actually populate my payment method. Tried hitting the "Select Payment Method" button, no success. Checked in My Account under Payment Methods, and the information is all correctly inputted.
Is this a browser issue on my end since it doesn't populate my payment information in either the subscription or the "Change Payment Method"? Or is this something on your end that just needs a switch flipped?

@ Attia: I see someone was able to resolve this with you earlier today. :)
@Adjurer & Krazed: I just set your most recently added payment method to be used for your pending orders, it looks like our system was having trouble setting a payment method for them. We should try processing these in the near future.
I just sent a confirmation email to both of you containing the last 4 digits of the payment method being used, if you would prefer to change the payment method to a different one please respond to the email you received with the last 4 digits of the method you would prefer, and I'll be glad to update them when I get in tomorrow. Thanks!
