Do you have any suggestion of what title this new king can bear?

In historical Europe, kings are the source of all titles (fons honorem) and are the only people that can create titles at will. For instance, Prince William was created Duke of Cambridge in 2011, meaning that in 2010, there was no Duke of Cambridge, but Queen Elizabeth created a new titled and bestowed it upon him. She also created him Earl of Strathearn and Baron Carrickfergus at the same time.)
If the King of Galt had any titles prior to assuming the throne, he can retain them. If he didn't have any, but wants some, he can award himself literally any title he likes (although it's considered good form to award titles that are related to one's kingdom. It might cause issues if QE2 created a Baron of Vermont or a Count of Poland.)
So if he wants to be the King of Galt, Duke of Wessex, Earl of Irrisen, Count de Money, Baron Richthoven, and Knight of the Brassiere, that's literally his perogative.

King of the Galts?
You can look up the different real world names for titles. Galt is kind of Nordic, Germanic, or Celtic sounding. Try looking up what titles they have and pick one you like.
