One day when i have the money (maybe i can get a Wish spell?) i'll go to PaizoCon in the US. I've been to the UK one a couple of times and that was loads of fun!
I don't think they offer free tickets for that at PaizoCon, do they? They do the GM Indentured Servitude Plan at GenCon, though.
I have to GM tonight... I will resolve gunnery tonight if Obozaya and Altronus roll before then!

I think that the group's energy is waning for the Space Combat... How about this? If you guys manage to take out Yellow this turn, I'll waive the rest of combat because then Purple doesn't stand a chance. Let's finish strong and end this fight! If you can all get your posts in, that would be great!

We have poked the bear, and we will have to accept the consequences. From now on, Goblins only talk in song (a filk is the type song they have been singing) ;)

"A filk of ___" refers to a filksong based on another song, using the same tune and often, but not necessarily, similar structure of plot and/or lyrics. It may be a parody of the original (not necessarily humorous), with content referring back to it, or it may reuse the music and possibly the lyrical structure of the original, but with unrelated content. (See contrafactum.) Full appreciation of a parody requires familiarity with the original, but appreciation of a contrafactum does not. Of course, there are grey areas.

When an engineer diverts power to shields (page 323), what do the rules mean when they say "...putting any excess Shield Points in the forward quadrant"?
The last sentence of that action should instead read, "You can distribute the restored Shield Points across the shield's four quadrants as you see fit."

I really wish that the Goblin Bully had failed the engineering check. It would have been so much more entertaining!
It doesn't matter on this particular round as between us, Altronus and I just sent the bully to the big spaceship junkyard in the sky, but... remember when Obo is in melee combat it gives you ranged guys a boost.
Coordinated Shot - When Obozaya is threatening a foe with a melee weapon, any ally with line of sight to that foe without Obozaya granting the foe cover gains a +1 bonus to ranged attack rolls against the foe.

... I really don't understand the critics about the solarian.
Combat in Starfinder takes more time in term of rounds. The Solar revelations are great. Area effects who are that powerful are rare in this game.
Asymetrical balance.
A full base class with a self-generated improving weapon and a bunch of cool damaging and utility tricks - what's not to like?

Nice!
Probably quite useful in Starfinder, especially since no -4 for shooting in melee as in Pathfinder.
Some of the small differences are really good. I do find some of them hard to remember right now, but I think they'll become more distinct the more i play Starfinder.

Actually that was a bully with a lot more hit points. The perfect move to end the battle!

@Madame GM Hmm: Livewire's Kit functions as a kit AND gives a +2 beyond that? (is the +2 type - ie. Insight...?)
