Bladebound Hexcrafter Magus Build for PFS

Interested in thoughtful feedback and advice regarding a Pathfinder Society character concept for a Bladebound Hexcrafter. (Props to the advice of STR Ranger and Walter’s Guide to the Magus.) My character is a Twilight Speaker of the Snowcaster elves, who spent a couple of decades in the Minata archipelago of Tien Xia before taking his new assignment with the Pathfinder Society. He prefers to employ the elemental magic native to the stormy, icy north.
Beyond selecting the scimitar as his primary weapon and a sap for incapacitating foes, I would welcome any equipment suggestions.

Intelligence - 18 (+1 at 8th; +1 at 12th)

Magical Lineage (Shocking Grasp) – When applying a metamagic feat to the spell, it uses up a spell slot one level lower than normal.
Wayang Spell Hunter (Frostbite) - When applying a metamagic feat to the spell, it uses up a spell slot one level lower than normal.

Thanks for policing the forums, Zefig. I found an "advice forum" under the Pathfinder RPG. I thought PFS advice questions went under the PFS Grand Lodge forum. Can you direct me to the most appropriate advice forum within the PFS forums? Much appreciated.

Yep; its the Pathfinder RPG advice forum. They're pretty active and I'm sure you'll get a lot of helpful advice.
