I am new to the area and looking for a Pathfinder group. Currently I play in a 2nd edition D&D game but would like to play Pathfinder.

Right now it would for sure be my wife and I. She is 26 and I am 29. We also have another guy that I think would play that is in his mid 30's. Personally I'd like to have a max of 7 players and a minimum of 4 players.

I have pretty much all of the books and am willing to host. If that is not something you would be comfortable with we could check into a more public place to play as well.

Restricting character concepts is something I try to avoid. I've never restricted anyone in the past and don't plan to now.

Here is my Obsidian Portal page that is a work in process but I will add to it as more planning and players get added.

So I played in a PFS event with my character I made but didn't have my PFS #. I was given a little slip with some numbers and such but I am not sure how to get my credit or how to even put these into my profile. Is there a way to do this?

Sorry being new to PFS I am not familiar with how all of this works.

First off, welcome to the Pathfinder Society!

Well, since you already had a number I'd suggest either contacting the GM with your actual number and ask him to change the information in the report. Since you've only played one game that'd be the easiest thing. Had you played more that a few you could have the Campaign Coordinator, Mike Brock combine numbers. If you can't get a hold of the GM, message me here on Paizo and I should be able to get it fixed for you with a little information from you. (I'm the Venture-Captain for the Mid-Michigan area.)

Its the GMs responsibility to report scenarios, you don't need to do anything. You can enter as little or as much information into your profile as you want, but it really only matters if you're playing the character in a Play-by-Post game here on Paizo.com. When the GM enters your correct PFS# into the session, it will appear in your profile/character's sessions tab. Its important to make sure you bring your PFS# with you if you don't memorize it. I usually write it down at the top of my character sheet so I can remember which character is which (I have 17 currently).

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask them in the Pathfinder Society General Discussion further up the messageboard. If its PFS specific you'll get a better chance of someone who knows what you're talking about seeing it.
