Silly question? Is your GM number the same as your Pathfinder number?

Just about to post for a game and wanted to check my GM number is my Pathfinder number (without character number) or do I need a separate GM number (and if so, where from?)

Yup! They are the same.

For example, my PFS number is 20416.

That means my GM number is 20416, and my player number is 20416-n, where n is whatever character I am playing.

Don't forget that, if you are taking GM credit (beyond table credit) for the scenario or module you are running, that your character number is the number after the dash for the PC you want to give the credit to.
