glitterdust, fog cloud, resist elements, web, darkness, comprehend languages, identify, magic aura, communal protection from alignment spells, whispering wind.
choosing spells that you dont normally want to have prepared is a good focus for your scroll library. for under 300 you are looking at 2nd level and lower spells. my list is all level 2 and lower and packed with strength.
these spells also dont heavily rely on saving throws or spell resistance meaning that are very useful without a full caster using them. its nice to have a scrolls others can use with minimal difficulty to great effect.
i am currently playing a fighter, scryer, eldritch knight. ill be developing an exttensive scroll library. for any casting class scrolls pose a unique utility that can make you appear as though you planned for every situation.

Glitterdust and Resist Elements are bad scroll choices. Glitterdust provides a save and Resist Energy has a stronger effect at higher caster level. In general you want low level scrolls which don't care about their caster level. I would recommend stuff like:
Disguise Self
Grease (area effect acrobatics check never changes)
Prot Alignment (one of each)
Shield
Comprehend Languages
Detect Secret Doors
Endure Elements
Expeditious Retreat
Mount
Obscuring Mist
Touch of the Sea
Air Bubble
Alter Self
Command Undead (mindless undead get no save)
Gust of Wind (fixed fly checks, great for clearing fogs)
Fog Cloud
Invisibility
Locate Object
Rope Trick
See Invisibility
Levitate
Spider Climb
In essence you want generically useful sells which don't allow saves and which are not affected by SR.
