Is there a southernmost continent on Golarion that is the equivalent to Earth's Antartica?

There isn't. It is a frozen mass of water that is very thick, but there is no landmass beneath it. It's the Antarkos Ocean, also called the Ocean of Frozen Dreams. Pathfinder Wiki Link

Ah, but a dream frozen is a dream preserved forever...

One would hope.

Especially if it's the dream of something very very very old and very alien.

The "Back to Dinosaurs of Golarion!" topic made me think of Edgar Rice Burrrough's Caspak trilogy: The Land That Time Forgot, The People That Time Forgot, and Out of Time's Abyss. Not to mention the mid-1970's films The Land That Time Forgot and The People That Time Forgot starring Doug McClure.

So I began to imagine what Caprona might be like if placed on the Southernmost continent of Golarion. Perhaps increasing the size of the island to more of a continent size surrounded by ice.
