Question regarding two recent orders.

Hi, I see that an order I placed at the end of February (taking last minute advantage of the 12thman discount code) is still pending (order # 3017594).

While a much more recent order (#3041542) is shipping (or may have shipped) at this time.

Is there an issue with the earlier order? (Or is it because some of the items may not be in stock in your warehouse)?

Oh, another question, somewhat related I think ... I got an email stating that there was a problem with an order (that I didn't have a card # for the order) or some such. But now the order is shipping, so I'm hoping maybe it was either a scam from someone else (pretending to be Paizo) or that maybe recent deposits to my bank account and a 2nd "authorization attempt") have cleared up the problem.

Sorry that my questions are "all over the place" I'm just not sure what's happening with some orders/items - and want to clear up any issues if I can.

Greetings Dean,

It looks like one of the dice sets is taking longer to arrive from our distributor than anticipated, and I have moved it to your sidecart so we can get the rest of your products shipped.

The 12thMan discount applied to the current order should still calculate the dice into the discount, so you'll be receiving the discount savings now while the dice ship with a future subscription shipment.

I just reviewed the recent emails our system has generated and it does appear that you received an erroneous payment failure notice, you can disregard this. It's possible that our system may have created a secondary authorization, but anything in overage to the orders total should expire and become available for your use again.

No worries regarding inquiries as well, let me know if you have any others and I'll be glad to address them!

Hi Erik (or whoever gets to read this post first),

It is not a BIG deal whatsoever, but I don't see a side-cart set up for order# 3017594 (and that is perfectly okay actually) as that means I have the $108 (and change) still in my checking account ... I can wait a little bit longer (or at the least if the side-cart isn't set up until say this coming Friday (payday in other words) that might work out best.

And FWIW ... if the side-cart is set up and I'm just not seeing it ... no worries. :)

We're currently waiting on one of your dice sets to arrive from our supplier before we're able to process the order, so we shouldn't be charging for the order before Friday. As soon as the dice arrive we should try processing the order, but if you'd prefer I'd be glad to move the items to your sidecart as well. Just let me know which you'd prefer!

Well I see that order # 3017594 is now shipping ... but I'm wondering why it's charging me $111.09 for this order, when for the longest time it was "pending" at $108.60 (held up by one of the dice sets according to Erik Keith).

I'm just concerned that for some reason I'm being charged more, and I can't fathom why that would be the case.

I have honored the original quoted rate and refunded you the difference of $2.49 in store credit. I've set the credit to be applied to your pending subscription shipment.
