Wondering how many healing effects don't use Positive Energy.
As far as I can tell, fast healing and regeneration are "typeless" rather than positive energy effects, and Renewed Vigor and Godless Healing don't seem to have positive energy attached. Any others?

Found a few weird ones.
Genius Avaraicious can heal you if you eat gold.
Divine Transfer, despite being a Paladin spell, does not designate its healing as Positive Energy.
Nine Lives, the Rejuvenate option.

Thanks. Some of those I'd forgotten about and some I'd never heard of. Genius Avaraicious and Nine Lives look like fun for all sorts of reasons.
I would consider Infernal Healing a subset of "Fast Healing effects" and though Rejeuvinate Eidolon qualifies I was looking more for healing spells that are more general (work on living and undead) rather than more specific (work only on one creature type).
Is it generally safe to assume that effects that heal HP and don't specify either positive energy or harming undead are "typeless"? I know there was a question about Lay on Hands since it didn't clearly state positive energy, but that ability does say it harms undead.

Also interesting in that it's a Necromancy spell, presumably due to the direct transfer of HP. Cool stuff.
Nine Lives, the Rejuvenate option.
Interesting in that both of these have effects similar to Breath of Life, which is explicitly positive-energy based (harms undead and can't bring them back to life). Do you think dropping the positive energy type was intentional?
