This copy of Skull & Shackles The Wormwood Mutiny is on sale on eBay for £808.52 (about $1350)! I hope it's made of solid gold: The Wormwood Mutiny.

Buy it Now!

It can only appreciate...

Probly put up for sale by a guy who's S.O. said "get rid of that stuff or else!" This way he can say "I tried but it didnt sell..."

Long story short, this has come up several times. It's likely due to the auto-pricing algorithm Amazon uses; it's apparently very easy to get two auto-priced copies of the same thing bidding upwards off each other.

Wow.

eBay and amazon are useful sites when it comes to answering the exasperated question: "You bought MORE paizo books!?"

"I did. But look at the aftermarket! This is an investment for our future, I'm telling you."

Odd side note, a rare copy of my ancient supplement the "Manual of Aurania", sold on ebay for $666!

I guess the devil made him do it. ;-)

Just 15 months ago every single AP volume (except RotRL) was available at the regular sticker price. Paizo even had the full Kingmaker AP in stock.

I wonder if there has been a surge in popularity over the last year, as it seems a lot of AP volumes are now sold out even some of the more recent ones.

I bet it was auto-priced, though.

I had to buy my copy of Wormwood Mutiny from Paizo recently, which means ca £18-£20 and over a month to wait. Beats £800 though. :)

I'm still clinging to a couple of copies of the last printed book I wrote, just in case I can retire on them in 20 years time :)

Also the pirate ship flip mat is going for over £400 on amazon uk.

They don't like us Brits :(

That's why I bought my copy from Paizo, $20. I did have to get creative when I wanted the pirate flip mats though, couldn't find any for a reasonable price, so I ordered them from Spain.
