Hi everyone
Does anyone have any advice on how to adapt this adventure (or at least the first part) for a larger party size
I ask because all of the encounters in part 1 are with solo creatures (and seem like they should remain that way)
However my fear is that action economy will eventually win through
The alternative to just to keep as is and make the first part less of a challenge in terms of combat and more about the puzzles etc
Thanks for any tips

I am going to run this for a party of five and am just going to add a zombie or elemental here and there. Adding low-level creatures is usually better than giving the main villains extra levels. Alternatively you could make the snow more dangerous or add more random encounters.
Or you could do nothing at all. The first encounters will be easier, but then they will level up more slowly because they have to divide the xp amongst 6 people instead of 4.

I ran this with a party of 6. and it balances pretty well if you times the number mooks in a encounter by 1.5 rounding up. Add the advanced simple template to anything that adding numbers doesn't make sense. add one level to anything that has levels, and anything already advanced add 1 warrior level.
The 2 enoucnters where this overpowered the party and i would recomend leaving as is. Is the fey encounter in book 1 where they have color spray and the Frost Worm room in book 4. (sorry for the vagueness I'm not currenlty looking at the material).
