Help with Character Concept

After getting my last character horribly murdered I have to do a new one. I'm new to Pathfinder, and kind of new to roleplaying at a whole, and had help from more experienced players when creating my previous characters, but decided to try it out myself this time.

Anyway. The character I had in mind was a female tiefling cleric from Qadira who's a former thief/rogue/shady character who have turned to Sarenrae for redemption about previous crimes.

After reading up on both Qadira and Tieflings I can't find anything about how a tiefling would be viewed in qadiran society, neither in the Blood of Fiends or Qadira companions. Also, would being a cleric of Sarenrae go hand-in-hand with working for the Qadiran faction (if I understand it the right way Qadira are no strangers to violence, which could conflict with the ideas of Sarenrae as I understand them)?

Bonus question: How many traits can I have at first level, and where can I take these traits from? During the creation of my previous characters the nature of traits was never brought up, so I have no idea how to use them.

I don't know if Qadira has an official fiend/tiefling policy. The reaction is probably a little torch and pitchforky, and some of the saranrae clerics are "redeem it" and some of them are a little "kill it with fire!" (the latter obviously did not do so well on their knowldge: planes)

You start with 2 traits unless you get the extra traits feat. This is in the Pathfinder society organized play section of the boards, so I'll assume thats how you want the question answered.

You can have any trait that is legal, and that you have a source for.

This is a pretty big list of traits and you can check the additional resources to see if they're legal. Most traits are legal except campaign traits and traits that mess with your starting wealth.
