Thoughts on building Cade:
I wanted to build a druid who didn't use pets, but instead had a casting focus automatically built in. While the first power is almost a direct port over from Lini, the second power represents the various domain abilities that a non pet druid would have. I didn't want to give him an attack (as that would be redundant).

Skills: I took seelah's skill dice and mixed them up. My skills are fairly straight forward and should cause little consternation.

Cards: I wasn't joking when I said no allies =) In all seriousness, I tried to build him as caster focused as I could, While still allowing for those of you who would want to have him wield a sword and go into the wilderness to tame it.

Powers: As mentioned above, his initial powers are geared towards not having a pet, but still being able to wildshape.

Roles: I think that each of his roles showcases a different look at the druid class, with one being very lightning based, and one being more of a master of terrain.

As always, I look forward to people's feedback and comments!

First of all, I like the idea overall. Having no allies is an interesting concept, and definitely fits certain druid archetypes. Just a few comments and suggestions, hope they help

1. First of all, your storm druid only has 11 power feats, so you can afford another option. Hand Size is the easy choice there.

2. I think this character is going to end up a bit weak, especially compared to Lini, as currently written. This is most noticeable in combat, where baseline it is discard a card for a flat d10, which is hard even on beginner monsters. You essentially can only use it for non-combat checks, meaning your spells have to be aggressive, which divine does not have many options with.
I might consider changing shapeshift to use divine, which would at least be comparable to Lini's shapeshift + animal in hand combat checks.

3. The discard to evade effect seems a bit weak. I might consider having that as a baseline effect of the character (no feat required), then let the storm druid really add some power to it (ie power feat to recharge, power feat to put it on top or bottom if electricity spell).

Hope you find these suggestions helpful! I'm certainly no expert, but those are my first pass thoughts.
