I was mentioning it in light of many of the most recent changes to various rules to reduce the overall power of certain options (crane wing and the Aasimar favored class bonuses to name two), I am assuming there have also been discussions about people dipping 1 level crossblooded sorc into Magus or Wizard for extra spell damage.
Back about 6 months ago I would not have even considered that this might not stay this way till the next edition, however given the design team seems to be carefully looking into mechanics that give large bonuses for small investments, I would consider this to be on the list of mechanics that is quite likely to no longer be legal in about 3-6 months.
More than enough time to retire the character if you play a large amount, just make sure that your character will be viable without the bloodline bonuses (ie dont put all your eggs in one basket) or you might find yourself with an unplayable character if changes ever occur.

Does your sorcerer bloodline benefits apply to other casting classes as well?
For example, if a sorcerer with orc bloodline multiclass into wizard then does the wizard spells benefit from the orc bloodline?
Yes. Yes it does. I watched a wizard with the exact build you are asking about end scenarios with one fireball (which the player could mutate, or whatever, into other types of energy). Yeah. Don't do it. Really.
Just. Don't. Do. It.
I am speaking from experience on this one. Have fun with something else. The other players at the table will thank you.

Considering how low damage is on the list of things a wizard can do I don't think its that big of a problem.
Oh no.
This character would routinely drop 140+ damage at higher levels, before the save. The player put together the right feats and whatever to have the damage scale as the character advanced. It was ridonkulous.
Seriously. It was not fun. Another local powergamer was taken aback. It was too much.
Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.
Just. Don't. Do. It.
