Hi

Myself my wife and flatmate quite fancy giving Pathfinder a go, so looking for some players who might be kind enough to help us learn the game?

We are based in Chester-le-Street, but can travel to Newcastle or Durham, or even host people at our place.

Another reason to feel sad the Gothenburg-Newcastle ferries don't run any longer. :(

Hi,

Any luck in finding a group yet? I'm in much the same boat myself and not too far away (Seaham). There's a regular RPG night at The Gamers Outpost in Houghton if that helps. The current game is D&D 4E, but I know the owner (and DM), Ian, would love get more games going if enough players attend. Nearly all of the players are new to RPGs in general and new players are welcome.

I can't make the shop game at present due to work schedules, but would love to try Pathfinder. Have you looked at the Beginner Box rather than the Core rulebook? It seems a far less daunting prospect I think!
