Combat maneuvers on attacks of opportunity

can you make combat Maneuvers on attacks of opportunity?
id like to know if you can on the following:
1.bullrush
2.grapple
3.trip
4.disarm
5.sunder

You will need special feats, class features, and/or items to do 1 and 2.

Any combat maneuver that you can do in place of a melee attack.

For example Disarm states:

Disarm

You can attempt to disarm your opponent in place of a melee attack. If you do not have the Improved Disarm feat, or a similar ability, attempting to disarm a foe provokes an attack of opportunity from the target of your maneuver. Attempting to disarm a foe while unarmed imposes a –4 penalty on the attack.

Disarm can be used in place of any melee attack (including AoO).

The others that will work (that I know of) are:

Disarm
Trip
Sunder

The rest take standard actions, and thus cannot be done on an Attack of Opportunity.

What those two said pretty much sums it up! I am in full agreement with them.

Bullrush and Grapple cannot be done in place of a regular attack without some special ability (if they exist I am not familiar with them).

However trip, disarm, and sunder can be substituted for any melee attack as has already been posted.
