Really stoked to 'Mythicize' some of the New Paths Compendium content!
And yes, I believe I did indeed just make that word up:)
As the recent update implied, it's almost certain that the spell-less ranger will be one of the classes that gets the Mythic treatment. We're not doing a formal poll or anything, but if anyone wants to mention one of the other NPC classes they'd like to see get 'Mythicized', by all means let me know!

Well, became a backer yesterday. Went with the Mythic Marvel PLUS ($150).
I've been following the KS relatively close since contributing and I will admit I'm a bit concerned on reaching the $40K needed to have all three in hardcover.
When first seeing where the KS was at, and what was needed, I felt it would pass the number with no problem. However, with how little the money has increased since yesterday, now I do wonder.
I hope this KS is similar in many where there is a big push towards the end. Would hate to go all this way in having the KS funded (already there!), but not have them all in hardcover. To me, that is an important factor.

@ Hobbun - I wouldn't be too terribly concerned. Bear in mind that there was the Easter weekend, where many folks had family hoozit-whatzit going on, and then there's the last-minute attention JG's classic, 'City State of the Invincible Overlord' is getting. I expect things to start streaking skyward again soon :)
@ Marc Radle - See? my little question helped keep you in work for a bit longer ;) If we get to informally vote, I'd like to see some Mythic Shaman or White Necromancer goodness :)

Heh - lack of work is not an issue ... lack of time, on the other hand ... :)
Jokes aside, thanks for the suggestions! I think Mythic shaman or white necromancer goodness sounds like a great idea!

I have just been eyeballs deep in this project plus a couple of [secret]. I have your number and will try to ring you up by this weekend. Probably would be a good idea if these guys didn't meet up.
I mean....THINK OF THE PLAYERS!

I am thinking of the players and this is my answer to all the times they have vexed me with their innovative solutions to twisting the rules to their own ends. Seriously though, I think they can handle it...I mean their characters are all getting these shiny new mythic abilities and so far only mythic NPCs and monsters to challenge those abilities. We need something a little more...
Besides, a product this innovative needs to be associated with the (Frog) God of "old school".

That's important to me too. I'm pretty sure we'll make it though - it would be a real departure from a normal kickstarter if there wasnt a last minute surge on the final day or two.

I'll nudge things along a little. Upped from just PDF to print and PDF.
Just please don't repeat the recent example of how not to run a PDF/hardback Kickstarter we got with Deep Magic. "Book then PDF then fixes" is just completely backwards, and I'm very disappointed in the whole mess. Release PDF to backers, backers send in feedback, fix the issues, and then public release of the PDF and the books, complete with (or at least a lot more of) the edits made and typos corrected.

We've heard that same feedback from a number of people, and we read it loud and clear. PDFs are easy to fix. Print is forever. And no matter how good your designers and editors are, there are ALWAYS mistakes in there somewhere. I'd much rather get them fixed and THEN spend thousands and thousands of dollars for a giant pile of books. :)

Past the 37K threshold as well. Now we have mythic versions of all the spells from LEGENDARY GAMES and we are about to have a new backer poll for the new creatures from Mythic Monsters: Fairy Tale Creatures!
Check out the latest update to see your candidates; the poll should be up soon!

By chance I stumbled upon your kickstarter and I have to admit it looks really promising even though it is really expensive to get all three books. Since I live in Switzerland, orderning the books together seems a good idea as it will reduce the shipping costs but that would still cost 200$. You mentioned in another thread that there might be post-KS pledge options. How is this coming along? I recently have backed a project that used BackerKit which seems to be a good possibility to allow post-KS pledges.
Concerning your material, I checked your webpage and for your offerings and saw that you have quite a few types of monsters covered. Are you going to expand the mythic material to other races of outsiders, for example kytons or daemons?

We have a number of Outsider books planned, but since we have already done three focused on outsiders (Demons, Abyssal, Devils), we are filling out some of the other creature types before heading back down that road.

A small question concerning the "signed books" add-on. I will pledge for the 3 physical books, how much must I add to get them all signed ? Just 10$ or 30$ (10$ for each physical book) ?
$10 for all the print books you order, whether that's one, two, or three.
Though we're happy to take extra tips. :)

I'm really liking the idea of seeing mythic versions of the Way of Ki Feats. Anticipating all kinds of goodness :D
As my purchases of Legendary games products are Mythic, Ultimate Campaign plug ins, and Jade Oath/Ki I am really looking forward to it as well. Monk is my favorite class, and I love Ki stuff.
I don't play adventure paths, so all of that I tend not to get. So I will getting mythic spells and feats where I have no idea what the base feats and spells are.... unless Legendary makes a "All of our feats" and "all of our spells" collections. :D

I don't end up playing many AP's either, and an 'all our feats/spells' compilation would be interesting. But even having a database or list on the site would be cool to me; then I could 'cherry pick' various products as the need arises :) So like, I see a Mythic Feat that I really like, check the database, and see it came from product X. Then, I know what's next to be added to my shopping cart (or if I somehow missed it before!)
Of course, that would/could be moot if they simply added a note to the spells/feats in the Mythic Mania books (which, all things considered, I'm fairly certain they'll do anyhow, since there's things coming from so many different sources). But it would be a cool resource, nonetheless.

I'm really glad that there's extra content along with the HeroLab stretch goal levels. As much as I'm happy for those people who do use Herolab, I don't, and I know there are other users who would have seen those stretch goal tiers as 'dead levels'. But with added content, Everybody Wins!!! Hoody Hoo!!!

They're looking even greater now! Check out the latest update!
The Mythic Spell Compendium is now over 300 pages, the Mythic Monster Manual around 260, and the Mythic Hero's Handbook around 250, and less than $1000 away from adding HeroLab content for every spell in the Mythic Spell Compendium (currently numbering around 1,700 spells)!
The value is absolutely here. If anyone has been waiting on the fence wondering if this is a good deal or not, IT IS! Come and get it! Just over a week left, ending right before midnight Pacific time next Monday. It will be quite a MYTHIC MONDAY indeed!

What do we get when we reach 300 backers?
At 300 backers we will be adding two MORE base classes chosen by YOU (collectively, not just 137ben) from Rogue Genius Games to get the mythic treatment by Owen Stephens.
And in a bit of a newsflash, everybody is already getting one EXTRA RGG class, because one of our backers has also personally sponsored the Armiger class into the land of mythic!

With all this cool stuff being added in from Deep Magic, can we (possibly) expect to see the Living Saint Mythic Path sneak in as well? I'd be especially happy if it included some more concrete adjustments for the 'other' Divine-casting characters, like Paladin, Inquisitor, & co.
(especially since it seems like the path a lot of paladins would want to take...)
